Tony is literally the best plumber I've worked with and I've worked with quite a few over the years. He is honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. We bought a fixer upper and he has fixed multiple plumbing issues for us quickly and at a reasonable price. To top it all off, he's also just a really nice guy. Really glad we found him and I highly recommend him to others!

Tony was fabulous! He kept me informed on when he would be arriving, which I really appreciated. He looked at the 2 issues I was having (noise in my pipes and a leak in my crawl space) and gave me a quote. He was not a high pressure sales type, which I was grateful for. I found his prices reasonable and accepted the quote and he got to work right away! He had everything fixed in less than an hour, which blew my mind, he was unbelievably efficient. All of this being said, the thing I liked the very most about Tony was how kind he was. He explained everything to me in detail and was very patient with all my questions...and I had a lot of questions. He took pictures of all his findings to review with me and he took pics of all his completed work so I could see what had been done. I will use him for all my plumbing needs going forward and will definitely recommend him to others!

Tony at Cuse Plumbing provided the best plumbing experience I've had! I've had some good and some mediocre plumbing experiences but Tony stands out because he was easy to reach, provided fantastic communication upfront and throughout the process (scheduling, estimate process, the problem and options to fix), and he was just a friendly and considerate guy. It's always hard to get a sense of what's a reasonable and fair cost for plumbing projects, but I'm certain his pricing was completely fair. He'll be my first call for any plumbing in the future.

We talked through what I needed, as well as schedules etc. He is a very good listener/communicator, follows all the directions, is respectful of your space and time. He is calm and detail oriented, he will also explain all your options. I highly recommend CUSE Plumbing!

Tony was excellent with communicating the time of arrival. He replaced a sump pump for us and gave us options within our budget when providing an estimate. He cleaned up and explained each step as he was working. He did a great job!
