I had used Curtius Huntley in the past (2009) so when I needed a plumber again, I called Curtius Huntley and made an appointment with the receptionist, Kim, for a plumber to come to my house. She was very kind and polite. The plumber, Justin, came out promptly on time. He made sure to put water-proof booties over his shoes and brought a rug-type pad to put on the porch in order to keep from tracking anything into my house. Impressive! He checked out my water heater, did some maintenance and gave me some advice on keeping it clean from deposits. He didn't charge me for this! Since then I've had him out to do some other maintenance on my faucets and his prices are very reasonable. He's my go-to guy for all of my plumbing needs. Fast, professional, prompt, friendly..... I highly recommend Justin at Curtius Huntley Plumbing!

I recently had to call on Curtius Huntley plumbing to fix drain problem me and my neighbor are sharing. The plumber did an excellent job but I have to doubt the practices of there office staff. It took months to get payment plan started since they were billing the wrong people. When finally corrected, we set up a monthly payment plan. Due to three family emergencies, I had forgot to call to make the second payment. Calling about the third payment (with out any notice) they proceed to send our debt to collections. I feel this office staff has no compassion over the people they do business with daily. They don't have any sympathy for anything that goes on in peoples life. It's all about the money with them and not about building relationships in the community.
