Curtis and his team are fantastic. They are fast, reliable and honest. They have helped me out of numerous emergency plumbing situations - even texting me with help on how to repair small things myself to save me the service call. I can't recommend Curtis Watanable Plumbing highly enough!!!

I used Curtis Watanabe for two plumbing jobs in the last two weeks. The first was clearing a main sewer line and installing a accessible better drain line entry point. He and his crew did a marvelous Job, locating the problem, going through concrete to get to my drain pipe in the proper location, and finishing off the job with a perfect concrete refill and cover for the new sewer line entry point.
I was very pleased when I got the bill - and I don't often say this - because the amount of work that he and his crew did was huge. I was expecting something higher, and was very happy.
Then, I had a very urgent broken hot water heater at the house - I called him in a panic and he was here in 30 minutes - fix the problem perfectly and quickly. I had hot water again right away...
Curtis is very personable, professional, and I'll be sure to use him and his hard-working crew again whenever I have a problem at the house...

so my Noritz water heater went out on a Tuesday at 530 pm, and Curtis came out at 8pm that night to fix it..had to remove the control device and got us up and running again... Great service as always...

that we bought. He sent someone the same day to trouble shoot the problem and got it fixed.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would. We had an issue with our water heater the Monday before Thanksgiving. We had to turn our water off and replace a part. We gave Curtis a call on Monday evening and he fit us into his schedule the next day so that we would have water before the holiday weekend! Amazing service at a great price! Will absolutely be calling him if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future!

Curtis Watanabe Plumbing by far exceeded my expectations ! I called on Friday evening because our tankless water heater broke. He called me back within 15 minutes. He was at my house the next morning and stayed all day replacing my water heater. Not only did he replace it, he installed it to code. He gave my husband and I different options to save money. He was very informative with our manufacturers warranty policy. I would highly recommend Curtis Watanabe Plumbing for all Plumbing issues if you're interested in an honest and efficient plumber.

I previously rated this company 5 stars for service and response. Now trying to get a service response from them is next to impossible. I have spoken to Curtis twice. He would schedule me in and then nothing. I e-mailed, still no response. This is a sure way to kill a company. I contacted Noritz to get another factory trained service tech and let them know the problem with Curtis. I hope he gets his act together.

My dad has been requesting for service from this location for the past week. His calls have been screened, no return calls, and the voicemail line is full.
We attempted to call each day for the past week to repair the heater exchange on our tankless heater. When we called the manufacturer to call this site, the man immediately answered. Otherwise, we, the customer received no response.
If you need to service your tankless water heater, please consider taking your business elsewhere.

I called Curtis because I had an issue with my tankless water heater. He said the tankless heater needed to be replaced with an outdoor unit. After giving me a quote of $1900 the unit was replaced.
I asked for a receipt for the unit, which I felt I was entitled to. He refused to give me a receipt for an item that I purchased, which made me suspicious. I asked how much the unit was and he said $1300. The total bill was $1900. Thinking that $600 was steep for replacing a unit that was already there, he quickly added that the $600 was for parts and labor. I asked for an itemized bill, which he never provided.
Curtis quickly added that he would take down the exhaust pipe from the old unit and seal the roof...and give me a discount because I paid cash. A few days later, I received a letter from Curtis stating that he felt that he was ""under scrutiny"" and felt that the first plumber (that installed the original tankless heater) had criticized his work. (The first plumber never said a word).
I have since attempted to call Curtis to discuss this issue and he refuses to return my calls. I am STILL waiting for him to remove the vent pipe as he stated...and receive a discount for paying cash.
I think he knows he has overcharged me and that's why he refused to give me a receipt for an item I paid $1300 for. I also find it hard to believe it took 3 guys, 3 hours to complete this job (unfortunately I was unable to witness the time they supposedly spent there).
I am giving him a poor rating due to integrity flaws.

Contacted Curtis to schedule servicing for tankless water heater. Curtis failed to confirm appointment of Nov. 29th. Received text message from him on December 9th asking if he could come by on Dec. 10th between 9:30-11:00 to service system. No show and no call, no professionalism. Saved text messages with screen shot so no dispute this is what happened.
