I called Joe on a Monday morning asking if he could come over to look at a slow draining septic tank main line on Thursday. He ended coming over later that same day! While I was not home for the work, he let me know exactly what he was going to do and provided a reasonable price. I certainly called the right guy - he cleaned out roots, rust and debris from the pipe and the problem is fixed! Would call again!

I called Curtin Rooter because as my hair was felling out and it had just about stopped my shower drain. In a matter of minutes id be standing in ankle deep water. I tried to get the water down myself but no luck. When I called they were very helpful answering my questions and really understanding that they needed to work around my schedule because of many doctor appointments. He was more than happy to do that for me. In fact he came out later the same day. showed up on time and looked at my situation. Explained to me what he needed to do to correct the problem, How much it would cost. (much less than I thought) I was very pleased with the price. So I asked him to do the work. He kept his work area clean and covered my floor and shower to protect them. He even walked though my house with hospital shoe covers on his boots! I thought that was nice. When he was finished he cleaned everything up looked great and the shower drained better then it ever did. He explained how I could prevent this from happing in the future. Very helpful. Will definitely call back and recommend. Thank you again.
