I had a septic tank pumping over the weekend done with this company and I am very pleased with their work. I had a lot of questions when I called and the owner was very nice and explained everything to me in great detail, he gave me an estimate over the phone but did let me know because I haven't had the tank pumped in so long once they come and see the level of damage the overflow had created they would give me a more accurate quote. And they did, the man who came out with the truck explained to me and showed me what else need to be done, asked me if I was okay with their pricing and of course I agreed because it was very reasonable quote for the extent of the job needed. I received the invoice for the exact amount I was quoted and was told if I paid with a credit card I would have an additional cc fee added on which was understandable. I was very happy with their services and how well everything was explained to me before hand. Thank you again Curry Septic!!!

Great company to work with. I had a septic installation on my proerty done and best belived I called around for pricing with other companies before I choose Curry Septic & Sewer and not only did I get a great quote for this job, but that is exactly the price I was charged when the job was done. They were very profesional and got the job done right. I would definitley recommend them for anyone needing septic installation.

Bait & switch Owner seeks to drive the total project price by omitting details in the intial quotation. I was quoted $575 for a pumpout and inspection of the tank. As the tank is located under a paver patio I had removed the pavers and the gravel substrate, leaving 18"""" of soil to the tank top. The Curry employee, very nice & knowledgeable, informed me he would need to leave and return the next day with the companies mini-backhow to complete the excavation to expose the tank lid. I asked why they did not simply bring the excavator as most septic servcie companys you see in the neighborhood have it with them all the time. The next morning I received a call from the owner quoting me $1400 for the project. I asked what about the $575 previsosuly quoted and he said yes it was $575 for the pumping but the difference would be for the excavation and the inspection, aluding to the inspection being a big deal. I explained, no i simply wanted a visual inspection of the tank and a pumpout. He then quoted me $900 for the pumpout and visual inspection. As I now had a torn up patio and needed the job completed due to plans the next week, I went ahead. The pumping and inspection were completed without issue. During the pumpout the Curry tank truck developed a hydraulic leak and sprayed/dripped oil on my driveway. To his credit the employee immmediately indicated he would return the next day to degrease and pressure wash away the stains When he arrived the next day, Sunday @ 2:00pm, my wife and I were just leaving so I indicated I would contact the owner on Monday and pay by credit card. Stain was effectively removed. Monday AM I spoke with the owner and he indicated I would need to pay a 4% fee for using my CC. I let him know that at no time until then had he indicated there was a charge for using a credit card. He eventually agreed to drop the CC fee. So $900 to have my septic tank pumped and the tank visually inspected. No extra work was needed or completed by Curry due to the tank being located under the paver patio. In summary; 1. Owner attemped & suceeded in escalating the quoted price through less than detailed quotation (one assumes they will come prepared to excavate the tank) and loose interpretation of the term inspection ( i did not need and we never discussed the work necessary for any extensive inspection effort, such as pressure testing or drain down testing). 2. The quality of work performed by Curry employee was thorough & good. 3. Payment should be by check or cash as they will attempt to impose a CC fee. I will not use Curry again and would advise others to go elsewhere.

Terrible company. Owner overcharges, lies, and cannot be trusted. The gentlemen that actually did the work was very nice, acted out of kindness and put in the extra effort. However the person doing the work was told to begin the job, the owner had been in contact with me and spoke to me """"numerous times during the day"""" and they had permission to get started. NOT ONCE was I contacted by the owner, the worker and I called and put the owner on speakerphone when I got home and saw the work had already been started to a place that it HAD to be completed at that point. I stress---not once did I get a call from the owner, a quote over the phone, or give permission to begin the work necessary.
