I've generally had good service from this company until the last time. Brian came out to take care of three or four minor issues. The last was fixing a small leak in a hose box connection. When he left without repairing anything, he assured me the problem was the hose box, Possible. But the small leak had turned into a massive flood every time I turned the water on. I not only had to replace the hose box, but also the hose itself, because it would not disconnect from the hose box connection which had the threads stripped as part of the """"fix."""" Anytime a customer is left with a problem greater and more expensive than the one he called to have fixed, it doesn't call for a 5-star rating.

My toilet, tub and bathroom sink were clogged. My technician did not stop until he and his partner found the cause. It was great to be able to shower again. Reasonably priced! I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Both plumbers wore masks and were super friendly. They installed the toilet way faster than the hour I was quoted and it looks and works great! Highly recommend. They were also able to come by sooner than anticipated which was a big help. I called them around noon and the job was done by 3 on the same day.

THE BEST! Rob responded to our service request. He tightened the lever on the kitchen faucet and tried several times to get the leak under the sink to reveal itself to no avail so we could get it fixed. We both agreed there was no point to replace plumbing for the sake of doing it. The utility room sink was next. The last couple of years when used, the water would slowly drain out. Numerous times we plunged, poured drain cleaners down it, ran a drain snake and received only short term relief. My husband and I thought the block was between the house and sewage line. My washing machine drained with no problem. The only problem was the sink. Rob said the blockage was above the drain from the sink and believe or not a PLASTIC COKE BOTTLE was in the pipe. He got the line cleared and now I have a fast draining sink. Rob was prompt, polite, professional and did an outstanding job here. He is a true asset to Curry & Co. Plumbing. Without hesitation, we'll recommend this company to friends and neighbors should they require plumbing service.

This company is worthy of your business. Saturday Morning wake up call! """"Kitchen sink faucet broke"""" I said! Within the hour a Tech was out, diagnosed the issue and gave honest advice! The faucet was faulty and needed replaced, but he said you probably don't want to do this on weekend rates! Right? Not a MUST to survive, so I elected to complete the project on a week day rate! I appreciate the value of the dollar as we all work so very hard for our money! Use these guys they've earned your business!

I called one morning last week to ask some question about adding a tankless water heater and the receptionist said that the estimators were all out giving estimates. Someone would be calling me that afternoon, when they returned. After not receiving a call I called the next afternoon and and they were busy and did not get to me the day before and that someone would call. A week later have not heard a peep from them. I know that they do good work from others, but I have been having trouble even speaking to someone about a job.

My first review raved about my experience with Curry three years ago. My second, not so much. I first used the website """"contact us"""" form. I received no response for two days. Their hours are 8 to 4 (most are 8 to 5). I called at 8:30 and received their message service. She indicated Curry would call back right away. It is now 8 hours later and they have not responded. I have since been fully repaired by another company. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy this round but no call back is a """"sin"""" in a service industry largely related to emergency repairs.....
