This company has known me for 4 years. I called them before 9:30 a.m. with a relatively urgent problem -- water pump used to pull water from the lake to a seasonal camp to plumb the camp (including toilets) -- not working. I noted that I had stayed past the weekend to get it fixed. The woman answering took all the information and said she would talk to her people and call me. I had to leave at 2 p.m., she had not called, so I called back. She told me immediately that no one was coming, they were""booked solid"" for three weeks, and she had no other plumber to recommend. She had obviously spoken with her people and failed to call me, even though she knew I was waiting for her promised call. There is no excuse for such poor customer service at a service company.

Eric the plumber was great. He primed my jet pump and added some parts to help in the future . He cleaned up after himself spotless. Diane was sweet over the phone I had no problems communicating with them .

When they show up, they get the job done. While I found the phone person (plumbers wife I believe) to be personable, the last 2 times I've attempted to book them for a job (today being the most recent) they tell me they are coming a certain week and will call with which day as time gets closer (called almost 2 weeks ago). Tues passes, Wed. passes, no call ... I call THEM ... suddenly all these jobs & emergencies have come up and they can't possibly get to me for ANOTHER 2 weeks. Shall she write me in? Only to do the same thing all over again? Nope. I don't think so. I won't be calling them again. However, if you have an EMERGENCY (apparently no hot water ISN'T one), you might give them a try, as they appear to drop everything for an emergency...

The initial plumber we had from Currier was great. He was personable and did a great job. The problem was getting them back to our cottage. I made multiple calls and the woman who books the appointments lost my order request, never called me back when she said she would, started conversations by telling me what a terrible day she was having... Overall, she lost our business. I gave up on them after 3 weeks. She should be replaced as she is losing them business.
