Highly recommend this amazing company! My water heater started randomly spewing out water on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was smooth from the initial call with Melanie to the installation of the new water heater with Jason and John. Within a few hours of my initial call, I had a brand new water heater up and running! Everything was clearly explained to me throughout the process, including some hiccups related to the layout of my place. Very grateful for the quick and professional response during a stressful time!

They have reckless drivers. A van failed to yield at a merge nearly ramming into me from the merge in lane. We were parallel and the driver was either unaware or maliciously attempting to force me into oncoming traffic in the opposite lane. I had to honk which seemed to wake them up and slam on the breaks as they accelerated again nearly rear ending the guy in front of me. I attempted to contact the company. Their call (which was probably a location issue on my part) kept disconnecting. I tried their chat service to alert them to the incident. No reply. Very unprofessional. No wise either given that this was in a vehicle with their company name and phone number plastered all over it. I am sure that they are probably capable plumbers. But they need to train their drivers. The driver I was nearly rammed by is a public menace.

Had an issue with our bathtub drain. Current Flow was responsive and on time, offered an explanation of the problem, and an estimate of the costs. The plumber was courteous, efficient and did a great job. The price matched the estimate. Very happy with the experience and will call them again for any plumbing issues.

First came out to my property to install two shower valves. Couldn't finish the second shower so told me the office would call to reschedule and get me in the following week. Two weeks later they called and said it would be another month before they'd get back out, all after they were previously informed the house would be sheet rocked as we are building back after the hurricane flooded our home. Turns out their plumber threw away the rough in template that goes around the valve which keeps the sheet rockers from making the hole too small or too big for the valve trim. Their plumber also didnt measure or adjust anything to the new valve just jammed it in there so all the pipes have bend in them to fit. All for the low price of $475. Top end pricing for amateur work.

We called at 5pm on a Saturday evening because our water heater all but blew up! It was smoking and spewing water everywhere. We had a new water heater installed and running by Current Flow plumbing by 8:30pm. I can't ask for better service. Thank you!!

I called Current Flow when I noticed I had a bad leak in my den which is on the same wall as my bathtub. Current Flow came in a cut a hole in my wall and charged me $200 but didn't know what was leaking. He didn't even bother to check the overflow of the bathtub which seems like basic troubleshooting. He told me they don't detect leaks and told me to call another company, which charged me $350 to tell me they weren't certain what it was but may be a gasket on my overflow. I told them this does not explain the volume of water. Neither company thought to check the overflow in my bathtub. I figured it out myself. Current Flow came back again and I showed them that the overflow pipe was detached from the bathtub. He put a new gasket on, didn't charge me and left. This did NOT fix the problem. The office told me I got the diagnoses for free! What a scam! I was out $550 and had to fix it myself!

We called several plumbers to replace a kitchen sink, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, 3 bathroom faucets, and numerous shut off valves, The other plumbers were un-responsive. As soon as we called Current Flow, Melanie (who was extremely accommodating) scheduled us for an estimate the next day. Plumber Jeff came out and evaluated our needs. He immediately gave us a fair estimate. It's three days later and all the work is done. Jeff made sure all the new fixtures and sink were installed perfectly, and the new shut off valves give us piece of mind. Believe all the great reviews of this business, They earned them. It's hard to find an honest and reliable contractor in SWFL. We found one in Current Flow Plumbing.
