Had a bathroom sink that was leaking into the cabinet below. Discovered this late on Friday afternoon and didnt want to wait until Monday to have it fixed. I probably called 6 or 7 plumbing companies and ALL of them said it would be Monday unless I wanted to pay an after hours/emergency fee. I called Curlys and they came out in about 2 hrs w/out any after hours/emergency fee. The techs that came out Friday said the problem was resolved so I paid them and they left. Saturday morning I noticed it was leaking again. I called and they had someone out w/in a few hours and fixed the problem. No leaks since. Even though they had to make 2 trips out, I would still highly recommend them. Very nice and courteous that clean up after the job.
Will use them again if the need arises.

I have used this company multiple times over the last 10 years. I have found them to be honest, hard-working, and dedicated to completing the job. In that time, we have had them install commodes, replumb a water supply line, bypass a collapsed drain, install cleanouts on our sewer line, unstop drains, and install a water filtration system. I seriously do not know where the negative reviews come from. One person doubting the veracity of the positive reviews causes me to doubt the truthfulness of their own review as being petty and vindictive. Maybe Curly's did not offer them a "free" service call or would not bow to their unreasonable demands. All I know is that I have found them to be awesome plumbers who, although they are not inexpensive, are worth every cent I have paid them over these many years.

Our House was built in the last 60's/early 70's.
We added onto the house which I think put too much weight on the original foundation, which caused a rock in it to rub a hole in one of the copper pipes. Water ended up coming out of the concrete and tile in the hallway.
Curly's came and found the leak super fast, repaired it, refilled the hole while removing any other rocks that could cause any more issues like that in the future.

Then they refilled the hole, gave us the copper pipe with the hole to show to the insurance company & then THOROUGHLY Cleaned up their mess!!!
THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!

Now, the tub has been a slow drain for years, but within the last month or so, it has been barely draining. Curly's came out and found the the P-trap was completely corroded. They had to dig down into the foundation. Again into a different spot than before. They have been here all day. After finally being able to replace the P-trap, the old copper pipe connected to it, then began springing leaks. Replaced said pipe(s), refilled hole & redid concrete. Then AGAIN thoroughly Cleaned up!

They have Not Given Up! They have not left us "high & dry"! They are tenacious & will Finish the Job!

Thank you Curly's!!!!

My wife & I have lived in our home fifteen years and have always experienced problems getting hot water to our kitchen sink. We called Curlys and the problem was resolved. Frank & Juan responded and they installed a new kitchen faucet and a hot water circulator. Frank & Juan we're professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and treated us like family. They did an outstanding job. Thank you Curly's Plumbing and Frank and Juan for everything. We've been dealing with Curly's Plumbing for a number of years now and have been provided with excellent service.

Beware: Purchased grinder with two yr warranty 12/2015; went out 1/2016. Remark on service invoice "old pump in December, pump failed" Installed another new pump in January 2016.

This pump went out 9/2017. "Not under warranty; old pump installed". So they install old pumps with no warranty...

Dishonest, corrupt, takes advantage of elderly. Charges $600 to take hair out of a drain. Said they replaced the insides of two toilets and fixtures. They did not!! My elderly mom paid for all this and when I checked it out, the work hadn't been done. They will not return phone calls. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Beware. The 5 star ratings must be fake. If Curley is reading this, call me. Do the work you said you did and I will delete this TRUE and HONEST review!! You have my number.

Homeowner Beware: I was foolish in that I did not turn to this site, Yelp, etc. to read reviews on this plumbing company before I hired them. I was not at home the day they came to do the work. I never received a call detailing the job requirements and the cost estimate. I asked them to unclog one sink, hook up four faucets and two bathtubs (a handyman had already installed most of the hardware). I received a bill for nearly $1,700 for ONE DAY's work. I was charged $900 for "jackhammer." I did not even know they were going to use a jackhammer in my house! I later learned one can rent a jackhammer for $100/day.

And, to make matters worse, Curly's never completed the job! My bathtub and bathroom faucets do not work. The owner, Terry Mangrum and his wife?, Sara Mangrum, have refused to give me a detailed estimate to finish the job. I contacted an attorney who advised me to go ahead and pay the $1,700 because Ms. Mangrum sent me an email threatening to file a lien...within 9 days of her sending me an overpriced bill on a job that was never completed.

DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS!!! They came to my home to do a hydro static test. Charged me $500 right then and there. I asked to be billed so we could make sure everything was done correctly and we were told we had to pay right then. That night we went to do laundry that night. Suddenly heard water gushing. They never reconnected our washer so water spewed out everywhere. Thank goodness we were home or it would have flooded the house. I called them to say please remember to connect the lines at the next house and they denied ever touching them. A couple months later we were having our tile redone. The contractor said he found water all under our tiles and an ant colony. The toilet they took out to do our test was never properly put back into place. It had slowly been leaking for months. Causing our water bill to be higher. Causing ants to come in. I called Curly's to tell them what was discovered and they denied it. They said ants are coming in with colder weather and the toilet ring wouldn't be leaking. NO RESPONSIBILITY. I am so disgusted with this company. Please do not use them!

This company is currently working the gas lines for my apartments. The gas was shut off on 9/22 due to a leak. It is now an entire week later, and we still have NO gas in two buildings! They tore up two places leaving giant holes for our nosy kids to go get hurt in (most of them are never watched by their parents, so big issue). They don't work on weekends, so two whole days have gone by with these giant holes open for all to see. We went to look at their work, and discover several issues including an old corroded electrical line a couple inches directly under their brand new gas line. I could have been blown to pieces at any point in the last two years! They saw this and did nothing. With such a huge emergency as no gas for two buildings, I would expect them to work every day until it's done. Meanwhile, we can't cook on our gas stoves/ovens, we can't wash dishes in our sinks (no dishwashers) attracting bugs galore, and I'm not about to take a cold shower during cold and flu season with everyone in the house sick the entire time. What a great way to end my birthday & anniversary. These plumbers seem lazy to not work on the weekend for such a huge and urgent job. I'm so complaining to management. I hope they NEVER use this company ever again.
