I had my sewer line repaired by Cureton Plumbing on Friday. The date was pushed back a couple of times because of the weather which is understandable. In preparation, there were several other vendors that had to be called out to identify lines that were buried underground. The City of Tallahassee came out, an electrician, and cable the day before. During all of the visits and preparation there were no issues. On Saturday morning I received a call that the water line was clipped and I had a major water leak. My neighbor called the city and had them shut the water off. I immediately called Cureton to let them know of the issue. The weekend technician told me that because the service was construction (there was a bull dozer at my home digging) that they could did not have manpower or equipment to help me. I would need to wait until Monday. I went out of town on Friday afternoon so I stayed a hotel when I returned to Tallahassee of Sunday. I had no water at my home. I reached out to Cureton again on Monday and they told me the water was already leaking when the arrived at my house on Friday. I was shocked. Cureton wants me to believe that the days leading to this service and that I nor any other technician noticed my water line bubbling and watering the neighborhood. Cureton wants me to believe that out the the 6 or so technician they sent out that no one mentioned that I had a water leak while they were working. Cureton sent me an invoice for $240 dollars for an issue they created after I paid them $3200 for a sewer repair. During the preparation I spoke with the owner on several occasions. He called me personally to update me on where we were. During this issue with the water leak I have not heard from him once. I am appalled and disappointed that Cureton is not acting in good faith. I really expected more.

This is my new go-to plumber here in Tallahassee! Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Raymond was our service tech and he was smart, friendly, helpful and highly professional. He fixed all our smelly dishwasher issues, installed a quality garbage disposal, and fixed an issue with the plumbing that the builder didn't even catch. We are thrilled and the price was better than other companies quoted. We can't recommend them more highly! Thank you, Cureton Plumbing team, for the best service a picky homeowner could ask for.

Initially we got good service and outcomes from Cureton. Recently, however, one of their plumbers did not complete the work we needed done, which was discovered only when our tenant got home that evening (we let the plumber in initially and went back to or jobs). The explanation we received (the next day) was that he'd accidentally gotten locked out of our place. But he did not try to contact us to let him back in (which we could have done easily), or let us know that he'd left without completing the work. It seemed very negligent, but we decided to hang in there with them due to the previous good service. More recently we had undue difficulty getting on their schedule. At first, this was due in part to our schedules, but then they just stopped working with us. The person who previously answered the phones and took care of scheduling at Cureton was very pleasant, efficient, and easy to work with. The new person...not so much. So it was any easy choice not to use Cureton in the future.

We had a leak in our kitchen faucet the day after Christmas. Called Mike Cureton and he responded very promptly and had somebody out in a couple of hours. They gave us excellent service and good recommendations. We had to go and buy a new faucet but they still came back the same day to install it for us. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency today. They came at the time they said they would. They knew what they were doing and they care about their customer. I had to open the business late and customers kept coming in. He made sure I know what time they will be done so I can continue business as usual. They made sure everything was right before leaving. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend.

I Called and they came out promptly to give me an estimate. They said they would have the written estimate to me by the next week. After several weeks still nothing. Called to find out where my estimate was - after a week still nothing! Not sure how they stay in business!

Our apartment complex uses this company so their services maybe better for private owners. They knocked at our door in the morning and I yell """"just a minute"""" because I was in the middle of taking care of my child. Instead of waiting for me to answer my door, they started letting themselves into my apartment. The employee heads start to my bathroom as he is talking to me. I felt like I was just a quick stop by that he wanted to check off his list to do. He goes and starts touching my stuff in the bathroom as I'm heading to the bathroom to go clear up room for him. I didn't feel like he respected my stuff. As he is looking under my sink, he points out that our sink isn't attached to our countertop. He thinks the water from the countertop is coming down the hole around the sink and he says he will report that to my manager. However, that was no where stated in his report to my manager that I also received a report on. Instead his report says that the leak was caused by the tenant and now I have a fee to pay where he didn't fix anything. We've always had a little leak from this sink and Everytime we look under we find a new place the water is leaking from. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if our leak had been fixed, but I feel taken advantage of being just an tenant. I looked at their website. They claim to be respectful, give free estimate, leave the job site clean, experience, friendly, leak locating, remodeling water damage and restoration, re-piping, fixture and appliances. However, I haven't seen that in my experience. This is the second time, they have been to my apartment and I didn't find the previous experience any better.
