I have used Cupp Plumbing many times over the years and I will not use any other plumbing company. I always get fast and professional service. He came highly recommended by my Aunt and even the roto-rooter guy. He replaced my water heater , some copper pipes, valves ,pressure regulators and the pipe from my bathroom to the septic tank. The owner Scott, Tina the office manager and the techs they sent out were friendly and professional.

Our 93 year old Craftsman home's cast iron plumbing finally started failing. Scott came over, crawled under the house, and agreed it was time to replace it. Not only did he replace it, but fixed some of the oddities that were going on with the routing of the pipes. He explained everything he wanted to do and did. He and his coworker, Aaron, worked non stop and were so professional. I will use them again when needed and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!

We needed a special faucet for our bathroom sink. Tina was very helpful and called around to locate the faucet for us. Scott and Danny were on time and had their masks on. They were friendly, professional and tidy. We are very happy with them and the work they did.

Had a tankless waterheater issue. Got a good reference from another plumber. Called Cupp and talked to Scotty. He came out
SAME DAY!!!.He fixed the problem in about 45 minutes and gave us a very reasonable rate.
Subsequently, Jeremiah came out to install a large filter in another part of the same system.
I would refer Cupp Plumbing to anyone who is looking for excellent work, fast turnaround,
honesty, and very fair rates, not to mention really good customer service.

My condo complex originally had 4 brand name plumbers come out, but after 4 floods from having patch work done on a water heater for 16 units I suggested we call a plumber with contracting know how. It turns out that the original builder installed electrical conduit into our water heater along with some other shady workmanship. The electrical parts that were put on the water heater had fused into the water heater because they were not designed to be used with water. Once they replaced our water heater and pipes in our water heater room we have had zero problems with it! The other places just wanted to take are money and run for after hour fixes, however Cupp Plumbing actually looked at the situation as a whole instead of a patch job for us. Please note that restoration companies had to be called for the floods and each time due to the fact that it flooded into the other units and cost the association thousands of dollars on top of the repairs that we had done. This company saved us by letting us know what was actually wrong and possible litigation because of the floods! An owner is only going to let you flood the unit so many times before seeking legal counsel!

My family recently had a significant plumbing problem. We called a major plumbing company and they came out with an estimate, however, before we could get the work done the problem escalated. The original company was unavailable so we called Cupp plumbing, they came out to evaluate the situation...I'm so glad we did. Turns out we didn't need a lot of the things we we're first quoted!
