Was assigned to my property for a ""emergency call"" by my property management but in reality this fake company is not even a real company and does not address emergency calls yet accepts them just for the money. When asked why he wouldn't come for the emergency call but took the job from the property management he stated that it was 9pm and he's not coming out for the night to turn the entire apartment buildings main water off for 12 hours. Yet this fake company's location is about 3 blocks from the job.
He also doesn't know what he is doing and refused to listen to the real issue stating my busted pipe was only a small leak and when I showed him proof he ignored the actual video of the water spraying out not ""leaking"" he still will tell you that you are wrong.

very poor interactions with this company. they fixed the problem of a rusting faucet, but did not cover the holes in the sink that were left. when requested to return with the appropriate parts, they refused and left open holes in the sink that leaked for months

Bill was great! We have used his services multiple times and couldn't be happier with the price and workmanship. Had a water heater changed out, new corner toilet, also installed and replaced valves in our basement. He was on time and really professional. Would highly recommended! Thanks

Do not use this service unless you want to be called delusional for asking why this plumber didn't show up for a service that was scheduled, and then have them show up with no notice and hang up on you when you try to express your concerns

William was scheduled by our apartment manager to come look at our pipes and never came until almost a month later and DID NOT give us a 24 hour notice before he came. our tub was unprepared because there was no notice so he took a picture of our tub and sent it to our apartment manager as a complaint but if we would've gotten a notice then it would've been ready. it's actually the law to get a 24 hour notice plus he was very rude when me and my girlfriend got ahold of him so now we are going to try anything we can to take legal action against him. Do not let this man into your house. He is very unprofessional and rude.

Had an issue with a running toilet and dripping sink upon moving into a new home. Cunningham Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and was great to work with. Bill had prompt availability and did a great job of explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was also more affordable than other plumbers. I ended up needing to reach back out to him with a few other new home owner questions and Bill was patient and helpful. Would recommend to all and will definitely be using them again in the future.
