Dan did a great job today helping me out with a toilet that overflowed and caused flooding. He found the problem (supply line) and repaired it really quickly and was very informative. He provided me the documents I would need for my insurance . I have been very impressed with Cumming Plumbing's service and promptness. This is the third issue I've had them come for and they have come quickly and made the whole process easy.

Great company. Prompt appointment times. Bert good service. I have used them three times for jobs around the house such as new toilet installation, new sump pump installation, Refrigerator water line replacement. Tony and Brandon did a great job today at our new house. Second time they've helped us out. Will use them again in the future for sure.

I have used Cumming's Plumbing a few times, and my recent experience in the last week has left me disappointed and frustrated. My previous experience last year was that they are at the higher end of pricing, but they are reliable and did quality work.

Last week, I had them out to replace water filters for a reverse osmosis system. They quoted the pricing prior, but when they arrived onsite, they brought an apprentice with an additional $20+ fee that I wasn't aware of. I expressed this to the office that they need to notify customers of these things in the future.

A day after installing the filters, there was a leak, which wasn't there before the replacement took place.

I contacted them to come back and repair the leak, and I was told that I wouldn't be charged another service fee if the reason for the visit was tied to the previous service call. In addition, I was having them repair my sump pump connection which unexpectedly broke over the weekend. Upon arrival, the plumber assessed the situation and said he was not responsible for the leak and that the connectors needed to be replaced. This was not told to us the previous week when he was onsite. Because of this, he charged an additional service fee for the call. When I expressed my displeasure over this to the office, they told me there was nothing they could do.

For being a family-owned business, I expected a different level of customer service and understanding in working with repeat customers. It feels like they are simply gouging customers with these fees.

I've worked with many plumbing companies in the past, and I've never experienced something like this. As a result, I will not be using them again.

Nobody ever wants to call a plumber, but when we do we call Cumming's Plumbing! For years they have been our go to and they never disappoint. They always come through for us.

Outstanding service, work completed and satisfactorily, great communication, and reasonable pricing.

For this visit, Nick came out and as always did a fabulous job. Very knowledgeable and explains well.
Shout out to the professional customer service people that field the phone calls. They listen and really to try help. Nancy is a gem! So helpful. I usually end up getting her on the phone. Thank you Cumming's staff.

Heard gurgling from toilets and saw back up in shower and bathtub. Called Cumming's Plumbing bc this was not new to me, but they were. ""$165/hr plus 25% of each 15 min increment"" Nick and Brandon show up at 4:50 pm, and hand me invoice for $247.50 at 5:20pm. Nick said Brandon's fee was the additional $82.50 to ""expedite the job""...??? Asked about guarantee ""can't guarantee what we don't know what goes down sewer..fair enough. Told him NOT happy with the misrepresentation of fees. Nick so not cared and SAID nothing would be done per price adjustment. So, WHAT MADE ME WRITE THE CHECK OUT FOR $247.50 you might ask as I asked myself same question. Called CP and told gal NOT HAPPY. How would she like herself or Mom/Dad or family member(perhaps a sibling) to be hoodwinked like this? She said it wasn't hoodwinking. Went on to say that I would be cancelling check for $247.50, and sending one for $165. Thank you for letting me rant. Will be posting on Nextdoor.com next...and BBB.

I waited 4 weeks before posting a review and wish I could leave 6 stars! Dave (the Owner) and Brandon were absolutely amazing! They installed a new dishwasher and replaced the wax ring on a toilet for my elderly parents. They wore masks and shoe covers and were completely professional, efficient, courteous, warm and comforting to my mom. Brandon is a big teddybear and managed to juggle removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one, all while answering my mom's endless questions (ranging from ""Did you play football in high school?"" to ""Where is the filter on the new dishwasher?"")

My mom's floor and/or the countertop aren't perfectly leveled and John immediately identified and pointed it out to her and tried to split the difference so that the gap wouldn't be so noticeable to the eye.

This was our first time using Cummings and are so grateful to have been referred to them. The entire team and operation are A++. I would be remiss in not mentioning Emily and Nancy, the receptionist/schedulers. Many businesses lose potential customers before they can even become an actual customer because the receptionist/schedulers are unfriendly, curt or just plain rude. First impressions matter! Emily and Nancy were amazing and could teach a master class on customer service, responsiveness and follow-through.

Thank you to the entire Cummings Plumbing team! Thank you for the call in advance to let us know you were on your way. Thank you for being on time. Thank you for not making or leaving a mess. Thank you for your patience and upbeat disposition. Thank you for respecting my parents home. Thank you for making credit card payments so easy. You've got another new loyal customer!

I used the service a while back. The guys are professional and get the job done. I was quoted for a single plumber but was charged for two( the other one is the apprentice). The job was to fix the faucet which did not need 2 guys and I wasn't told that I will be charged so that left me with the feeling I was scammed and took advantage of, so please be ware to ask how you would be charged before using their services.

We needed a hose bib replaced. Called Cumming's Plumbing and they were one of the few companies that actually answered! Set up an appointment. Nick and John called before arriving, were very professional and cleaned up when they were finished. Will call again for future work.
