Book with confidence! Great experience with Cumming's and specifically Nancy and Dennis. They were patient and worked with me and the city to replace part of my water main, costs are very reasonable. Nancy was really nice to speak with and went out of her way to work with schedule conflicts as they arose and communicate. Dennis explained everything and talked with me about preventative maintenance and Dennis did a great job and in a timely manner.

Cumming's was subcontracted through my landscape company. I felt that their pricing was very fair. Work completed (install of 3/4"" gas line) was decent. My big beef was that they completely miscommunicated with regards to the steps required for inspection by the township. As a result, I waited all day for them to come out to do the inspection with the township and they never called me. I called to inquire why they never came out and was informed that they did the inspection from outside. Now, they have to come back out AGAIN on another day to connect the gas itself. Totally wasted hours of my time.

Instead of owning up to a communication mistake, the owner Dave just wanted to move past it and finish the job. That's good, I wanted the job done too, but the least I could have got was an apology.

Dave, I own my own business too. When we make a mistake that impacts the customer, we do two things! 1. own the mistake and apologize. 2. Fix the mistake. Please take note of #1.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Further discussion with employees at the company, and was ultimately agreed to a refund from ""Emily."" However, further phone calls in regards to said refund proved to be mere lies. Attempts were made to defer the refund by offering to send the SAME employee to re-evaluate the shower panel issue. Then offered a different employee to come evaluate, yet was initially told by the first plumber who came to the home that no one at the company is really familiar with these panels. Why would a sane person even agree to that? This was declined, obviously, as the initial evaluation was worthless. They had the exact information of the issue at hand prior to in person evaluation, video attached. Clearly this company does not care about their customer satisfaction, let alone being trustworthy. They claim to have explained an $80 minimum per hour, yet this was only noted WHEN I called in regards to concern of being overcharged. This was not told to me in advance. Employee was not there for an hour as noted previously. Now they state the shower is not repairable. How would they know if they did not remove the panel to evaluate for such? False claims. Again, would NOT recommend this company for any plumbing services based on their poor customer service, untrustworthiness, and outright lies. Spare yourselves the headache, and use a different company.

Another fantastic experience with Cumming's Plumbing! As much as I would prefer to not require their services, I am so glad I discovered this company. Brad came out today for some work on a shower and hot water heater. Everyone at Cumming's is always friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are very fair and the quality of work is excellent. I'll also mention that with both Dennis and Brad, my typically over-eager dogs remained remarkably calm while they were on-site. Since one of my dogs is currently recovering from surgery, I truly appreciated Brad's calm demeanor. Thank you again, Cumming's Plumbing.

Had a significant leak after business hours. Emily got me on the phone with Dan who walked me through a simple repair and I was all set in a matter of minutes. No service call or charge. I can't thank you both enough! I definitely recommend Cumming's Plumbing and will be calling them again as needed.

A surgery left me a bit down and out, made worse by a backed up sewer line. That sewer is the bane of my existence.

In December we fired our old plumber which felt sad and good and bad and everything all at once. But we didn't have time to find a new one - and of course the ""fix"" from the old plumber failed. Again.

At first Cumming's was not going to be able to come until the following week, but after I explained our situation (literally after surgery the only thing that provided relief was a hot shower) they did squeeze me in on the same day. I cried happy tears. The also reviewed my video from the prior plumber.

It isn't good news, but at least Cummings explained the video from the other plumber - an easy task which was never done by the other guy. Cummings isn't the cheapest guy on the block, but he did me a solid by coming the same day and explaining what needed to happen to my sewage line so we don't continue to dump $1000 / year into it.

Dennis Soule was fantastic! He was very friendly and made us feel like he had our best interests in mind! His work is quick and clean and accurate!! Nancy in scheduling was so sweet and professional! We are really happy with this team.
