Chuck and Mike came out today and installed a new kitchen sink for me. They couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful! I appreciated the awesome job with the sink - it looks great and my husband will tell you that I am one happy customer! Their rates are very reasonable as well. I would definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

These guys are great. Showed up on time, did the work, didn't gouge me on the price (and there was an opportunity to). Very professional, pleasant, efficient. Our water is great now and I am going to have them out for another project once we've got some money socked away.

Called and had them install a garbage disposal for us. They came out the same day and performed the work. Other than the new garbage disposal not sounding like a chainsaw if you didn't know they had been there you never would have know anyone had been there. I believe the plumber's name is Mike he worked fast the price was very reasonable and we are extremely excited to have them do more work for us moving forward. Just a few highlights they arrived early, didn't give us any upsell BS and the plumber was fast, efficient, and clean. We are definitely telling our friends about them and what great service they provide. When in this area these are the only folks I'm calling.

AWESOME SERVICE Toilets and tubs had been backed up a day too long. Once they arrived they ran into a small hiccup but managed to get the job done with grace and ease. Mr. Mike and Rhaheem were phenomenal. Extremely pleasant and very professional. I recommend Cumberland Plumbing 100% because these guys get the JOB DONE. Thanks Guys, you are heaven sent

Called Cumberland after my son was unable to unstop a toilet. Called before they opened and left a message and they promptly returned my call after they opened. Was told they would come between 12-2 but the tech called me before 10 and said they had an opening and could come sooner, which I was joyed to hear. Mack and Mike were very professional and in no time had figured out what the problem was. These guys were so awesome! Very friendly and worked quickly. They also repaired a leaky pipe under my bathroom sink and Mack checked out everything under the house and said we should be good for years! I can not praise these guys enough! They are definitely the best at what they do and in a world where customer service doesn't seem to matter anymore, they went above and beyond. I will be calling Cumberland ( and recommending them) for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you again Mack and Mike! Y'all ROCK!

Emailed Cumberland Plumbing through their website on a Sunday evening and received an email from John Monday morning. Scheduling a non interference appointment with my daily activities was easy. Chris Nichols called before the scheduled appointment time announcing his estimated time of arrival. Chris Nichols is a Master Plumbing who focuses on servicing customers. His 20 plus years experience was demonstrated in the garbage disposal installation and bathroom tub fixture valve replacement he performed. All work was accomplished within an hour. Chris was pleasant and experienced with plumbing fixtures installed in Sawyer built homes. This was my first service experience with Cumberland Plumbing and they will service any of my future plumbing needs.

Chuck put in a new faucet etc for kitchen sink. Great service and super friendly. Very reasonable price wise as well. We'll call them again for sure.

I am absolutely talking about Cumberland plumbing in Kingsland Georgia. What a rude scamming company. NEVER use them. Just because I've lived in other cities doesn't mean I don't know what company I'm talking about Jessica.

We recently had a very straightforward new Whirlpool all-in-one water softener installed in a new home with the loops available. The softener was unboxed and next to the loops. Just over 2 years ago, they did an identical set up in our prior (new) home costing $276 ($200 labor/$76 parts/tx). We were expecting a similar bill, but were charged $503 ($300 labor/$203 parts/tx). No issues with installation, but making others aware that their labor is now $150/hr and the same fittings, allegedly, have almost tripled in price. (They did provide 3 bags of salt... probably at around $6-7/bag. They were scheduled on a Friday, I was to get the salt on Thurs, but they had a cancellation and offered to """"pick up the salt"""" on the way over. Instead, one of them left the job for about 30 min to get it. Not sure how that figured into their billing.) Anyway, we called the owner and ... """"everything is more expensive now"""", was the explanation... citing labor, pipes, fittings, etc. (Yet at least 4 feet of PVC pipe was discarded.) Again, happy with the installation and courteous service - the bill, not so much.

November 10, 2017, We always have family or ourselves to fix or do repairs. The reason is because I do not trust people to do a good job and did not want to get charged a lot of money. TODAY IS A NEW DAY. We had a bad leak in the bathroom that ran under the wall and soaked half my rug in our office for 2 weeks. I had numerous towels soaking up water. My husband and I bought a new toilet and changed the flange that was broken and full of mud; but it still leaked now around our sink vanity and going under the wall. My husband opened the walls to the bathroom, checked pipes under the sink and still could not find the leak. I had to call in a Plumber. My neighbor Bob recommended Cumberland Plumbing. They scheduled in a few days and sent Chris . Chris cut the wall more and found the bad leak right away which was 2 pins holes in the copper piping. He showed us the leak and replaced the piping quickly; which was a big relief. I had him come back with Phil to fix a leak that our tub faucet had for over a year. The pipes were all corroded which I could see in the open wall.. Chris and Phil replaced the pipes behind the tub and put in a new shower head, faucet and the plate. It was done in less than a hour. Chris was professional, polite and very nice to talk to. Thank you Chris! Phil and staff at Cumberland.
