We are a neighborhood home services company operating out of St. Louis County. Cudgel Maintenance & Handyman Services was created by brothers Adam and Andy, who dreamed of a SUPERIOR maintenance company. This meant taking a unique approach, centering our efforts on you, the homeowner.

We are acknowledged by the Greater St. Louis Construction network and numerous other organizations. We work alongside various insurance firms, including AAA, State Farm, and Farmer’s, for reconstruction in the unfortunate circumstances of a flood, fire, leaking kitchen, bathroom remodeling, and other issues.
Every project begins and ends with our clients. Our mission is to help realize your dream home or addition.

JohnMet with Andy to discuss the two projects. Within days I received his proposal the did not include tax on materials or cost of labor. After my initial meeting communication was poor. I left messages and sent texts that weren't responded to. As a result I canceled the project. Poor business practices.
Crown L.Cudjel Construction, a partner organization to the Maintenance and Handyman Services group, was immediately responsive to our emergency request after our carport awning spontaneously buckled under the weight of the recent ice and snow weather events.
We are a 36-unit property that values both organizations of the Cudgel family of companies because they have the manpower to address a construction project while providing maintenance requests to assure continuity of operations on our property.
Several residents noted the courteous nature of the crew while, keeping the job site clean and informing us of next steps.
