We are a community-focused home services provider located in St. Louis County. Cudgel Maintenance & Handyman Services was established by siblings Adam and Andy, who had a clear idea of what a TOP-NOTCH maintenance company looks like. This vision meant doing things differently, with a focus on you, the homeowner.

We have received recognition from the Greater St. Louis Construction network and many additional organizations. We collaborate with several insurance providers, including AAA, State Farm, and Farmer’s, for reconstruction services in the unfortunate event of a flood, fire, leaky kitchen, bathroom renovations, and more.
Every task initiates and wraps up with our clients. Our goal is to assist in bringing your dream home or extension to reality.

JohnMet with Andy to discuss the two projects. Within days I received his proposal the did not include tax on materials or cost of labor. After my initial meeting communication was poor. I left messages and sent texts that weren't responded to. As a result I canceled the project. Poor business practices.
Crown L.Cudjel Construction, a partner organization to the Maintenance and Handyman Services group, was immediately responsive to our emergency request after our carport awning spontaneously buckled under the weight of the recent ice and snow weather events.
We are a 36-unit property that values both organizations of the Cudgel family of companies because they have the manpower to address a construction project while providing maintenance requests to assure continuity of operations on our property.
Several residents noted the courteous nature of the crew while, keeping the job site clean and informing us of next steps.
