I recently found out that I had a hot water leak in my house. It was miserable since I had weeks of no hot water. I did due diligence and called to get several estimates to fix the hot water line. Initially I called Steve's plumbing (you can read my review) and they gave me a crazy estimate of almost $27,000!! Being that I am no dummy, I got an estimate from Cubellis plumbing. My parents have used Chris Cubellis in the past who is a licensed master plumber, and they were very satisfied with his service. I gave him a call, and he promptly came out to my house to give me an estimate. His quote of $4195 I felt it was a fair offer. He was able to start in two days. Chris came over on a Saturday with a fellow plumber, and the both of them were able to complete the entire job in one day. Chris is very fair, down to Earth, and very easy to talk to you. He does not try to over inflate his numbers, or give BS to people who don't know anything about plumbing. I am very happy with his work, which he guarantees. I definitely will use him in the future if I have any other plumbing needs!

We were less than a month away from listing our condo for sale and our agent asked the magic question - ""Are you going to replace the old shower fixtures in both baths?"" Old as in original 1974. Our home remodeler, Pueo Builders (a top-notch company), recommended Chris at Cubellis Plumbing and we were extremely happy with the results. Here was our wish-list: Available to do the work on short notice - check Great communicator - check Highly skilled with quality workmanship - check Gets all the needed parts for us - check Chris explained everything, including a gentle caution that removing a rusted 47 years old drain can sometimes be impossible to do without damaging the tub. Gulp! Did I mention we were a month out from listing our condo? I watched Chris finesse that drain out without so much as a scratch! He also had to cut into the tile to replace the shower valves but installed a plate that looks really classy. Chris made two trips over the Pali to the Windward side to complete all the work because some parts were delayed on a slow plane from the mainland. He called or texted to update us every day until the parts arrived. I could go on and on but you get the point. Chris is an outstanding plumber, with personality and communication skills that make for a positive experience! As an added bonus, his wife handles the business/billing side and she was an absolute sweetheart to work with. Mahalo nui loa, Chris! We are so pleased with the work you did for us. Professional, Knowledgeable, Affordable and Efficient Chris is sort of our best kept secret lol, because if everyone knew about him, he might get too busy for us. (kidding) But in all seriousness, we are happy we got referred to him and we happily refer him to everyone who needs a plumber. We have used him multiple times, especially when we did our bathroom and kitchen remodels. We recently moved into a new place and needed help with our sink. He gave us the same excellent service he has always provided. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and takes time to make sure it is done right and everything is working. Recently my wife and I were on the mainland when we got an urgent call in the evening to say that there was a leak under our home in Honolulu. I phoned Chris, who headed straight out.
