Sent out a request for quotes, and Chris responded within half an hour. He said he could stop by and work on my whistling toilet since he was in the area. Chris is very professional, friendly, and quick. From the time I sent out a request to fixing the toilet, it was just over an hour or so. He noticed the toilet handle was loose and he fixed it for us without trying to charge us more. Such a great guy. The service tech was both knowledgeable and professional. Explained what he knew regarding the denial of the claim made through American Home Shield and provided me with an estimate for replacement since AHS would not repair nor replace the unit. This is a 19 year old water heater that failed a required inspection done by the Homeowners Association.

Had CP out for my second job. This time it was installing a whole house filtration system I purchased at lowes. Sediment filter, whole home water filter, descaler, water softener, and post filter. Now have the best water possible. Job done in full press fit copper that will last much longer than the system can. Will use him again for my next plumbing job as well.
