The service tech was both knowledgeable and professional. Explained what he knew regarding the denial of the claim made through American Home Shield and provided me with an estimate for replacement since AHS would not repair nor replace the unit. This is a 19 year old water heater that failed a required inspection done by the Homeowners Association.

If you live in Ewa or Kapolei, it's likely you have CPVC pipes in your plumbing. They are plastic, cheap, and leak easily. The developers are using the cheaper material possible to make the most money and then we get stuck with a bunch of repairs a few years in to a 4 year old house. One of the arrester stop start valves connected to the CPVC started leaking. Chris came out the next day, gave us a fair quote and sent Josh out the next day to replace all the plastic valves with copper piping and stain less steel hoses. Work looks good and they were super easy to work with. If you have plumbing issues, I would highly recommend these guys.

We had a plumbing leak in our rental unit and wanted to be sure to expeditiously resolve the problem for our tenant. Our initial appointment was scheduled quickly. The issues were thoroughly reviewed and addressed. The company called us that same day to explain their findings and made recommendations to resolve the problem. The quote was reasonably priced and upon our approval, follow-up appointment was quickly set. The equipment and supplies were purchased and the problem was resolved. I had water on the floor of our bathroom and called Cebellis Plumbing. Chris came out a showed me how there was a crack in the tank of the toilet. I purchased a new toilet, and scheduled for them to install it. Peter came out as scheduled and installed the new toilet. They were both polite, courteous and efficient. They did a great job.

Scheduling the job was incredibly easy, Chris was timely, communicative, and highly professional. We were pleased with the work, the timeliness of service and a very fair price. We were originally connected with another company through Home Depot - we are happy that we opted to make our own arrangements.

I got referred to Cubellis Plumbing and they were out to provide an estimate fast. One water heater needed to be replaced and the other diagnosis for the other water heater issue was thought to be a shower valve problem. Also, the water pressure regulator was broken allowing too much pressure into the house. Chris and company replaced the water pressure regulator that day and came back within the week to replace the one water heater and replace the shower valve. After a few days I realized the hot water issue from the other water heater wasn't fixed. After talking to Chris, they came back out and found out the issue was actually the water heater and had it replaced and credited the money that was spent on the shower valve toward the cost of the new water heater and apologized for the misdiagnosis. That was really cool of him and he didn't have to do that. Stand up company and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.
