CTW Plumbing and Heating

I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

Our neighbor's plumber ended up messing with our gate valve. To the point that he snapped it. He then proceeded to run away and not say anything. Luckily, we were able to get that plumbing company's name. After speaking with them and being told that they weren't responsible or even touched anything (witnessed by others that he did) we were told to call the cops.

After that chaos, the end result was that we still didn't have water and of course, it was the start of the weekend. Well, we called CTW and Dan came out not long after. He was able to coordinate everything that needed to be done, including contacting the township to turn off the water, so he could fix the problem. The whole process was about two hours and we were rocking and rolling with water again.

Dan and CTW were very responsive, took care of us quickly and more importantly, were all around good people that helped to solve our seemingly massive problem caused by a reprehensible plumber from another company.

Caleb seems like a pleasant enough guy, but has done a terrible job in maintaining the HVAC system at our residence. His failure to diagnose simple problems with the system has cost us thousands of dollars and immeasurable amounts of time, when simply hiring another technician would likely have resulted in the problem being solved quickly and easily.

Had a great experience with CTW having our hot water heater replaced. They provided a very reasonable quote and stuck to it (as opposed to another company that raised the price by $500 when I called back to schedule). Anyway the guys that came were really nice and professional and they took care to ensure the job was done without messes. They did the job efficiently and at the end showed me how the unit works and what paperwork I need to fill out. Overall a great experience!
