Had a little problem installing a new kitchen faucet. Actually a pretty big problem and had to turn off the water to the house. Called at 8:30 in the evening and left a message. Eric called me right back and made an appointment for the morning. Showed up on time and did an amazing job fixing my mistake. Reasonable fee and a great guy. I highly recommend using CTR Plumbing.

I chose CTR plumbing based on recommendations from a community page. I have had Erik here on 2 occasions to address issues that arose in a home inspection. Erik was very accommodating of my schedule, reliable in notifying me before coming and if he was running late. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You would not go wrong hiring CTR Plumbing!

Great reviews, just didn't apply to me. Took them 36 hours to call me back and then missed our appt with no call. Finally got a call 2 hours later and was told that he just went to the wrong house, what. Had stated the day before that he would call 30 mins before appt so that would have helped him find the house. Will be calling another plumber.

Wow! I am so impressed with CTR. I thought I had a leaky pipe in my kitchen sink and after talking to Erik for a few minutes, he determined it was just my RO filters that needed changing. He could have easily scheduled a time to come out and charge me but instead he walked me through everything and the problem was solved within minutes. I am now a loyal customer. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me! Thank you Erik!

My home warranty sent out 2 different companies. Both said that I had a problem with my sewer and wanted to fix it for me. One said that there were roots in my line and they would replace a small section. They never provided an official quote, but they were talking about somewhere between $3000 and $5000. The other told me that my whole line needed replaced, as there is a crack running all the way through. They quoted me $10,000. I found CTR on Yelp. I sent a request for a quote to 4 different places. Erik provided me his phone number right away and talked to me about what was going on. He viewed the video I had of the line and told me that there is nothing wrong with my line, but he would need to do a higher quality video to give a final quote. He originally thought that he could do a spot lining inside of the sewer to keep out roots.

When he came out, he discovered that the roots are not in my line at all. They are in the city's line! He did discover that my line had become disconnected from the city line. He called the city and worked with them to get things taken care of. The city came out today and confirmed that the issue is on their property. They will reconnect my line to theirs and get the roots out of their line at no cost to me!! I am incredibly grateful to Erik for taking the time to explain what he was seeing in my line and my options the whole way through. My uncles are plumbers in Illinois, and they double checked and agreed with what he was telling me. He is very trustworthy and helpful. I highly recommend him. He does have a travel fee if he leaves the East Valley. I found it worth the fee to have him come out for something so complicated and potentially expensive.

I would without hesitation highly recommend CTR for any home owner needing a good plumber. We have used many different plumbers and CTR is not only the best, but fairly priced.

We chose CTR Plumbing because of the great reviews on Yelp. Erik proved that all the reviews are well deserved! Erik was here on time and even called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from, why the problem occurred, how to fix it and how to prevent any future issues.

Erik was knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. He wrote a comprehensive report and sent it to our insurance company the same evening of service, as promised. He even gave us advice on a new garbage disposal we had purchased and not yet installed. After reading reviews on the product, we are taking Erik's advise and purchasing a stainless steel disposal and returning the other one. We decided that we will have Erik install the disposal because of his reasonable installation price and the excellent warranty he offers on his work.

Eric really impressed me. His knowledge and ability to quickly troubleshoot our issues will make him our go-to plumber for future needs. He not only identified and solved the problems we presented him with, but he offered improvements (that I could do myself or contract with him to complete) that would address other issues that we did not raise to him.

Eric fixed our water pressure issues, replaced water valves for washing machine, identified issues with water heater installation and even pointed out ways to improve our dryer efficiency.

Scheduled an appointment and Erik came out today. He was professional, personable, reasonably priced, and did great work. I had valves that were leaking outside next to the hose which has been an ongoing issue since I purchased this house. The leak recently got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked me through the construction of the set up and showed me that the valve was not actually serving any purpose as it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is now much more simple and most importantly, no longer leaking! While Erik was here, I also had him disconnect a second washing machine I had set up in the garage that was no longer in use.
From the time I called him, he had a very quick response time (called me back within 5 minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the work. I have used other plumbing services in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs I may have!
