Chris came out on the same day as my first call to him. He communicates well, provides good ETA's, and he fixed our tub/shower drain issue in no time! We had been told we needed to replace the drain by another plumber; he snaked the clog away and now it's flowing. Hurray for Chris at CT Plumbing! Nice guy and would definitely recommend. Our kitchen drain was barely draining and backing up a bit. I am so glad I found CT Drains. I called Chris this morning (Monday morning) and he was out a few hours later to fix our garbage disposal problem. It took him under an hour and it was an extremely reasonable cost. He even quickly replaced some older pipes under my sink. He seems like such a genuinely honest and hard working guy who totally knows what he's doing. We noticed water backing up into our shower late one night. My husband called another company first thing in the morning and didn't hear back ALL DAY. He called CT at noon and was able to schedule a visit later that day AND received a reasonable estimate for the work over the phone. When Chris arrived, he was friendly, pleasant and efficient and shared additional, helpful information about our plumbing. Since CT offers a limited scope of services, I felt like I could trust Chris's recommendations since he would not be the one doing the work. And also, importantly, where many contractors want to speak only to my (clueless) husband about home repairs, Chris was really great about talking both of us about our house and the way it is set up. And, of course, he cleared the clog, cleaned up, and we paid him what he estimated earlier. Money and time well-spent. I don't want to have a reason to call them, but I'd hire CT again in a heartbeat.
