Never used CSR before but seen their trucks around. I remembered a friend of a friend used them before so I reached out and got in contact with Alan.

Alan was probably the best plumber I've ever had out at my house simply due to his level of communication and knowledge/explanations. I had a main line blockage due to roots creeping through joints, which unfortunately is an annual reoccurrence that I've been dealing with through various plumbers.

Alan was able to cut through the blockage while explaining the entire process, cause, potential solutions, and suggestions. He took an extra step with running a camera through to assure me the blockage was removed to the best of his ability.

He explained how the city works with these types of incidents and what the responsibility is for home owners versus home insurance and the city.

I learned quite a bit and was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism and his skill level definitely were obvious with the way he handled the plumbing equipment as if it was second nature.

The immediate problem has been resolved and I understand roots will continue to grow back, but I at least have a much better idea of what my options are and how to handle them. I would definitely reach out again should I encounter any other unforeseen issues.

Incredibly responsive - I called at lunch time about a leak in our kitchen sink and a tech showed up a few hours later and completed the job for hundreds less than others had quoted us. Customer service and communication was top notch and he also provided a fantastic electrician's contact info to help us troubleshoot the next problem we needed to fix after the plumbing was resolved. Will absolutely use them again.

I just had CSR plumbing come to my house to install a gas line that ran from the front of my house to the back. It was a big job. I had to write something right away because I was so very impressed by not only the service with the quality of work and their efficiency. All the other quotes I got were twice the cost and double the time. CSR arrived on time and they exceeded my expectations as far as cutting the least amount of dry wall, explaining what they were going to do and doing an excellent cleaning up after. It only took them 5 1/2 hours to complete the job that most plumbers said they would take at least 2 days.
I also could not say enough about Hector and Alan. They both were so very courteous and considerate and did the job as quickly as possible (in the pouring rain) with the least amount of inconveniencing me.
I would HIGHLY recommend CSR Plumbing without any hesitation. Great Job and thanks again ALAN and HECTOR and MIKE

These guys are great! Ray was super helpful and was able to show us the numerous points of water leaks in our kitchen and fix them all thank goodness, he also gave us a recommendation of a new faucet and we were able to run out and get it quickly so he could install it before leaving.

Ray and Alan and others of CSR Plumbing have visited my house many times over the years. They have snaked drains, cleared roots from pipes, fixed irrigation, installed pipes, installed/ fixed faucets . . . you name it, they fix it! They are highly trained professionals. They book appointments in a timely manner and show up on time, always! They are polite, hardworking, trustworthy, and never leave a mess. I enthusiastically recommend CSR Plumbing.

Wow, love these guys!

Raymond was awesome. He showed up on time and did a great job with a plumbing inspection. He found some serious issues, which is what he was there for!

He explained everything very clearly to me, and produced some high quality videos he shared that were well documented with good verbal descriptions of what was going on.

They are 8-5 Monday through Friday for regular plumbing services. No charge for normal inspections for typical plumbing problems, assuming they don't have to bust out any specialized equipment.

Raymond has an extremely direct, very clear style. He's there to help, and you feel super comfortable with him on your side. He's also very experienced, and it shows.

I'm definitely going to use CSR as my go-to for all plumbing-related service needs!

We had roots in our main drain and sewage was backing up to the point it blew the pressure relief cover in the flower bed. CSR was there right away to clear the line and fix the problem. We've been very pleased with their work every time we have called them!

When I called CSR plumbing on Monday morning, they answered their phone right away. Even though they did not have any available appointments that day, they were able to schedule me the next day. Ray and Jay from CSR Plumbing came to work on my parents' kitchen sink (clogged sink, faucet needed to be replaced, leak in the pipe). I was quoted a time between 12:00 to 2:00 that they would be there. I liked the fact that Ray called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. I was pleased that they got there around 12:00, so my parents and I did not have too wait long. From the get go, they were very friendly and they even used shoe coverings when entering the house. As Ray was working, he let us know what was going on. He mentioned that if he was able to discover what the issue was regarding the clogged sink without having to snake it, then we wouldn't have to pay for the additional work. The problem was a poor job done by a previous plumber and we didn't have to pay for the extra work - yay! I found them to be honest and reasonably priced. Thanks, Ray and Jay! I would definitely use CSR Plumbing again in the future.

This is the second time I called CSR Plumbing to take care of? my plumbing issues. Both times, I had Mike as my plumber. Not only that he is very knowledgeable, but he's also courteous and professional. I'm glad I found my go-to? plumbing company.

I am very pleased with the service I received from CSR Plumbing this week. Alan and Hector are wonderful! They were prompt, respectful, and they kept me informed the entire time. They replaced some pipes under the shower and I am thrilled with the results. I also feel that I was charged a very fair price. If I ever need another plumber, I will only be calling CSR.
