Plumbing issues are usually sucha nightmare but I was so relieved when Mike showed up and swiftly addressed the issue. Mike was informative, competent and very skilled. It was definitely the best experience I've had! He has even pointed out potential issues I may experience from the pipe which had some early corrosion and provided up front estimate in less than 2minutes just by looking at his iPad! Definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!

I had a clogged main line at my house. I didn't have a snake long enough to take care of the problem, so I called CSR Plumbing. I've dealt with them before and it was a good experience. I like how they do business. i'm an inquisitive guy by nature, so when they take the time to detail what exactly is happening and how to fix the problem, it really put my mind at ease. Too many times I deal with snake oil salesmen and it's refreshing to do business with honest hard working folks. Ray was the technician that fixed my line. Apparently a tree's roots had caused significant damage to my main pipe. He used this cool camera thingie to both diagnose and confirm the clog was completely removed after he had finished the job. He was very thorough, professional and informative. i highly recommend this outfit to anybody that appreciates good service. Once again CSR, you saved the day :)

Today I was having a serious problem with my bathtub. After I took a shower the water would not go down. And for some reason when I would use the sink, the water would come up in the bathtub making it even more clogged. I needed professional help for this. I called the nearest plumbing company, to get a consultation and hopefully get the job done at a cheap rate. The next morning a plumber named Gary came to my house to aid me with the draining problem. This guy was a complete amateur at his job, I think my college buddies could do a better job than this. The whole time he was here, he was just pouring random chemicals into the drain. The Chemicals were not doing anything but making the clogging worse. I really don't know how this guy got his job. Everything he was doing was just unacceptable. I just told him that I would call someone else to fix my pipes. I never thought I would witness any kind of terrible service like this. I don't know whether to report him to the company or not. I am sure that not all the plumbers at this company are like this. I at least hope so for their sake.

That was easy. My regular plumber was too busy to see me for at least a week. So I called CSR Plumbing based on their Yelp Reviews. Two days later Mike from CSR is at my doorstep ready to hook the water up on my bathroom basin. He's very pleasant, takes the time to listen to me, and then goes to work. Plus he looks at and advises me on what to do about my drains and my shower. Then he's done. Instant gratification for a very reasonable price. Now CSR will be my on call plumber.

I've had a slow drain in my shower for about two years. I called Baird's drain cleaning and plumbing plus in the past. Baird snaked it. Plumbing plus snaked and put a ""high quality cleaner"". I admit, after using Baird's and plumbing plus, the drains were a little better. This was why I was a little skeptical to try with CSR plumbing, but I had such a great experience with them before I thought I'd give it a shot. When I called, I asked Ray if they could do anything else besides snaking it because the last two plumbers didn't get the drain cleaned. Ray assured me that snaking the drain was the only thing they could do. When they arrived, I told Ray what the previous plumbers did. He then said he would snake the drain from the roof. He snaked it from the roof and from the tub and my shower now drains 1000x better. CSR is no joke and do excellent work.

We were really impressed with CSR. After pipe leak, CSR was the only plumbing company that could come out the same day. The tech was prompt, professional and courteous for the assessment and to cap the pipe. Huyen returned a few days later to reroute the pipes. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions and talking to my insurance company. We definitely recommend and would use again.

I can not fully express in words how great these guys are. We discovered a water leak ( so we thought ) spot in our ceiling and feared the worst. The initial call to make the appointment was very positive which is a great start. Very polite and was able to fit me in the next morning.

Mike called ahead and showed up right on time. Could not ask for a better plumber than Mike. Very nice, no muss - no fuss kind of guy. Within two minutes he diagnosed the problem and said he was pretty sure it wasn't a plumbing problem to begin with. With our permission he made a small hole where the moisture spot was and it was exactly what he said it was! Just condensation from all the cooking that was rusting a nail that was not fully flushed with the beams!! Talk about experience, that was impressive.

He did end up replacing our water regulator, a separate problem that we already knew we had to fix. He also solved a very annoying problem we had with our shower which would vibrate like crazy sometimes. With much experimenting, he isolated the problem as being the shower hose. We thought it was a much deeper issue, but another pleasant surprise!!

Mike is a super plumber and just a great guy and I feel very fortunate that he showed up to our house today. He must have taken his shoe booty off and on 20 times going in and out of our house. He simply wanted to improve the quality of our lives and he did that. I will call CSR and Mike again for all our plumbing issues and so should you.
