I called CSR for a leak near my condo's water heater and thought the worst. Huyen Pham arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue - turns out it was my neighbor's water heater located on the other side of a shared wall. The neighbors had not noticed it was leaking and they ended up asking him to do the repairs since they were so impressed.

There is only 1 plumber I will call and that is Huyen Pham of CSR Plumbing!

When you seek a professional out for a service, you expect a professional job to be done. Huyen and the guys at CSR do EXACTLY that. I can't say enough positives about this company and its employees. Prompt, professional, clean, accommodating...you name it, they've got it. I was faced with a broken drain pipe under the concrete foundation of my house. Huyen came out and surveyed the situation and offered a competitive rate for the job. He offered a thorough explanation of the problem and how CSR would fix it. CSR showed up on time to begin the job and did a phenomenal job. They had to jackhammer up the concrete, dig down to the line, and repair the piping. When they left, it was like they had never been there- the job site was clean, finished and ready for use. I own my own business and expect others to perform their jobs well. Huyen and the guys at CSR won't disappoint.

Great Service!! Had to have my heat pump replaced and when your living out of town its nice to know that the work is getting done right!! Reasonably priced, I didn't feel like I was going to the cleaners. Even came out on a Saturday, if I ever have another issue, I will definitely call them!!

Yelp is full of one and five star reviews...""worst company to do business with"", ""so thankful to have found"" but what about when bad things happen to good people?

My story starts with a busted main water line and water gushing out of my front yard. No water to my house, just awesome. I called around, got multiple estimates and ultimately decided to go with CSR. Why did I pick CSR? Not because they were the cheapest estimate (they were actually somewhere in the middle) but because after meeting with the owner I felt that he was a guy that I could trust. Within hours of CSR checking out my plumbing problem I had an emailed estimate and the job was scheduled to start the very next morning. Up to this point everything had gone as I had hoped for.

Shortly after the job got started some unexpected events occurred. I will spare those details but I do want to mention that my water was restored by the end of the day. While I was very thankful to have my water back on (after being shut off for over 72 hours) I was less than satisfied with some of process. At the end of the job the owner called me to discuss what had happened and what my options were at that point.

It is now a few days later and we are still in the process of working out a resolution. The delayed resolution is only a result of the owner giving me multiple options to ensure that I am 100% satisfied. While I wish that the job had gone smoothly I highly respect the way that the owner chose to do business once he knew that I was not completely satisfied. I truly believe that the problems that I experienced were not typical of CSR jobs but that when problems do occur the owner will do everything within his power to ensure that the customer is happy. I respect and appreciate a company that stands behind their work.

To summarize, I had a plumbing emergency at my house, I chose CSR to fix it, during the process there were some bumps in the road but I would still recommend CSR due to their top notch customer service. I would recommend CSR to my friends and family and I would also call them again for future plumbing needs.

Finding a reliable and knowledgeable plumber can be nerve-racking. My house was re-plumbed a few years ago when I bought it, but turns out the person who did it made some mistakes so I already had a busted drain pipe. CSR was highly recommended to me by a co-worker and now I know why. When I called Ray on Monday he was already booked for the day, but he was able to fit me in the next day. He called me Monday night to confirm and give me a time window, he also kept in touch on Tuesday as he could narrow down the time so I didn't have to take any unnecessary time off of work. Just his respect for my time won me over.

When Ray and Alan arrived they immediately diagnosed the problem, suspected the cause, already had the necessary replacement parts in their truck, and got to work. Alan lost rock, paper, scissors so he had to crawl under my house. Alan confirmed their suspicions that the wrong piece of plumbing was used. Ray explained to me how it worked and why it mattered. As Alan worked under the house Ray offered to look at anything else I might have. Alan checked for other leaks while he was under the house. They were both very friendly and attentive.They both patiently answered my questions on a variety of topics including tankless and solar water heaters. They shared their opinions, relayed their experiences, and offered suggestions. I highly recommend this family-owned company for their vast knowledge, eye for detail, and great customer service.

We have been working on our kitchen remodel since July and trying to save $ by doing the plumbing and electrical ourselves. Lo and behold, we stumbled upon a problem that we didn't feel comfortable attacking and gave Hueyen a call. He answered the phone on a Sunday night, too! He came out the very next morning to take a look and for him there was a simple solution. We had gone to Home Depot and even a professional plumbing supply store in San Diego to see what the experts thought. No one had the right solution and thought we were in a lot of trouble with having to redo our kitchen design around this plumbing issue. In just a mere 5 minutes, Hueyen said no worries--he could have it done in 45 min. and even had the parts in his truck. We were in the middle of sizing a countertop around the plumbing and were worried that the location and direction of the pipes would compromise the how far back the cutout for the sink could go . We asked him if he could coordinate a 2nd visit around the day the countertop guy was to arrive and he graciously came by again and did the necessary preliminary work to make sure everything would fit properly under the sink. We told him that until the countertop was in, he would have to make a 3rd trip out to do the final connections. Nicest guy in the world, he didn't charge us for the 1st two trips and by the time we were ready to finally get the sink in and have running water, it was Memorial Day weekend. He was fully booked that Saturday and off for the holiday. My husband said Hueyen did the hard part and he could take it from there, but thought it only fair that he get the job since he had already invested so much time with us. Hueyen said no problem and said that if we wanted to finish it up without him, it would be fine. Hueyen is the best! Honest,hardworking and reliable. I will definitely call him if I ever have any plumbing needs and even though he did not charge us for any of his visits or advice, we will be sending him a check in the mail (Hueyen, sorry it took so long),

Simply amazing service! They came out for an emergency I had on a Saturday at no extra charge. Ray is a fantastic and tenacious troubleshooter - he worked for several hours to get our problem fixed at a fraction of the cost I expected! As he was walking out, I mentioned an odd problem we had with one of our faucets (that another plumber had not been able to figure out) and in 2 seconds Ray told me how to adjust a valve and my problem was solved! Superb in all respects!

These guys are my new plumbers. Ray and Allan installed a shower valve and toilet for me last month. They told me how much it would cost over the phone and how long it would take. They wore booties in the house, laid down a pad to protect the floor, and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job. After the shower tile was installed, they came by again to install the spout and shower controls. On top of great customer service, their fee was under the three other bids I got. If you need a plumber, go no further. You won't find a better company or nicer guys to work with.

I have been wearing out buying so much bottled water. I spent quite a bit of time researching water filtration on-line. Next I needed a plumber who I could talk to and get their opinion. At the time, I was not a member of Yelp, but used it as a reliable reference. I contacted CSR and set up an appointment. Huyen was the one who I worked with and what a pleasure to deal with an honest and up-front guy. He never pressured me one way or another, even when there was opportunity for upgrades. When measuring and locating where to put drain lines, he was happy to tell me that my situation was great and no extra work was required. We installed a Halo 5 and could not be happier. The water tastes great and even the kid's noticed a difference(showers too!).

I was so impressed with Huyen that I decided to get some extra work done that didn't have to be done, but glad I did. I ended up putting in a new water heater and a toilet. Huyen directed me to a toilet that he thought was best for the money and was not actually what I was looking for. He told me to try it for 30 days and if we don't like it, he will put in the one we were considering. Only charging us for the extra cost of the different toilet we would have wanted. Huyen's recommendation was right and we will be installing two more. Our water heater was 15 years old, but not really giving us trouble. I felt like it might be on borrowed time though. I decided to install a newer more efficient model. Huyen left that decision to me, which took some time because I could have went either way on that one.

Bottom line--there are not any pressure selling/scare tactics, Huyen takes the time to talk with you and I didn't feel like I was asking too many questions. I highly recommend CSR Plumbing!

well, no one likes to have plumbing problems, but if you do, give these guys a call, you absolutely won't regret it!!

our plumbing problem ended up being a pretty sizable job. 90% of our plumbing was replaced along with pipe lining that was done all the way out to the city line. and i could have not asked for a better group to do it.

csr was extremely thorough, accommodating, and trust worthy. huyen took his time explaining the problems to both me and my husband (via phone conference [navy]).

i had actually received quotes from a few different places but csr was the only one who WANTED to do the job ... please reference above where i said 90% of my pipes were replaced. it was a big job!

and talk about hard working!! they have got to be one of the most diligent group of workers i have ever met. all of our facilities were usable the SAME DAY they started working.

i can 100% honestly recommend them (and will) to all my friends and family since they took such good care of mine.

thank you guys so much, again!!

oh, and price wise - seriously does not get any better than them.
