Reviewing this company as they truly deserve it. I have a townhome I rent and every other plumber (2 licensed contractors) has come in and checked for a leak, either replaced the shower head or did some other things then proclaimed it 'fixed'. I believed them and then again it leaks. Finally I found CSR when my new tenant moved in and still it is leaking. CSR went out and within 1 hour found the REAL issue (it is not even plumbing related its the tile.....) and that was that. Thank you for being smart and reliable, also for not gouging me and for not trying to write my credit card number (that is what another company tried to do ) in a file in your office. Also thank you for being on time and professional. Great plumbers, can't go wrong here.

I had a great experience dealing with CSR Plumbing. They rebuilt the main water line manifold where the water line enters the house, installed new shutoff valves, pressure regulators, and a backflow preventer with strainer, and added about 40 feet of new 1"" copper piping in the garage going to the outside for a new irrigation system mainline. The communication via email before the job started was quick and efficient, and the pricing reasonable. They showed up on time, got everything done quickly and cleaned up after they were done.

Overall, I'm super happy with CSR Plumbing's professionalism and the quality of their work. Would definitely hire again should the need arise.

If we could give more stars, we would. CSR Plumbing recently rerouted our hot and cold water pipes because of a slab leak. We called CSR Plumbing after reading the excellent reviews on Yelp and are so glad we did. Huyen responded promptly to our phone call, came out and assessed the situation and discussed options without any attempt to sell us things we did not need. Our leak was in the hot water line, but we asked him to also quote rerouting the cold water line since we were going to have to open up places in our ceilings and walls. He gave us separate quotes for rerouting each line. He said he would bring his crew and they would have the job done in one day. It was unbelievable how coordinated, professional and courteous he and his crew were. They were amazing. They came on time, masked off the areas where they would be working with plastic and went straight to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up before leaving. We highly recommend CSR Plumbing for your needs. You won't be disappointed.

I live in San Francisco now but when I lived in SD CSR was my go to guys. They installed my water filter, hot water heater, shower, and countless other crap that has been stuck in my toilet (literally). Fast forward 5 years later and living in sf. I had Home Depot install a dishwasher for me and they royally screwed up. Not only was the door catching on the counter, but water was leaking out everywhere. I called home depot but after 20 mins on hold and several departments later I called CSR in San Diego ( I still had them on my phone under plumber). Huyen from CSR walked me through the potential problems and after 15min on the phone, no more water leak! Best customer service in the world. When sh*t happens call CSR.

I highly recommend CSR!!! We have worked with them twice - once to fix a bathroom leak and another to install a drip pan for our washer. On both occasions, they were extremely professional, honest about their work, and detail orientated. They care about their customers as well as the service they provide...five stars!

I am not a handy guy at all when it comes to fixing up things in the house, but I'm also not an idiot and know when I found great service.

After I purchased my condo, I discovered that my bathroom tub valves had issues. The valves were worn out and leaking with little water pressure coming out. I contacted several plumbers and many of them seemed not very interested with the job I was describing (since I was looking for a quote) and the few who did come out seemed to want to charge me an arm and a leg.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend of mine who referred me to one of the workers here. From the start, I was well received and all my phone calls were easily returned and my questions answered even before I committed to getting the work done. They replaced my bathroom valves within an hour. I was most pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone else.

Prices were affordable and upfront. Their communication was responsive, and personally they were just good people and it showed through their work.

My wife and I have used CRS plumbing a couple times now and are always happy with there work and prices. They are always honest, don't price gouge and have helpful tips. Mike came out this time he is very pleasant and quick. Also gave me a way to do a temporary patch so we can keep the water on until they can come out.

UPDATE: I'm changing my rating and updating my review. Around 4pm I was contacted by Ray who was very apologetic and professional. He said there was some ""glitch"" in their system and my appointment was mysteriously the only one that got dropped off the schedule. He wanted to make things right and offered to come by after his current job and fix the problem. He agreed with my assessment of the problem and after a quick trip out to his truck returned with the part and had problem fixed in 30 minutes. Correcting the miscommunication/scheduling problem seemed very important to him and he was extremely apologetic and he did an excellent job redeeming the mistake. Based on Ray's apology and professionalism, we will call CSR for any future plumbing needs.

Don't waste your time like I did calling these losers. I created a yelp account just because this place wasted MY time and I'm pissed. Its surprising to see so many good reviews and no bad ones for CSR, that's why I picked them.... MISTAKE. My landlady called to make the appointment, which was supposed to be TODAY between 10-12. During the call the guy asked for my contact info also and I made sure he had the correct address and verified the time. Anyway, nobody showed up or called and we sat around like fools waiting for them. I tried calling, but voicemail box was full and no way to get thru.

CSR is excellent, I need to do the sewer scan before I put concrete on my front yard, I also may need to install the double sweep sewer clean out. The owner of CSR shows up early in the morning 7:40am before my concrete guys came, very on time ! he spent an hour on scanning the sewer line and said my sewer line looks great and do not need the double sweep clean out right away. he also pointed out where I should install the double sweep clean out in the future and leave that area without concrete . CSR is very honest and never try to sell you sth you do not need. He pointed i may need to replace my blue water pipe with copper. the price is reasonable and service is excellent! 5 star indeed !!!!

You know how just one thing will drive you insane, and it really isn't a big thing, just annoying. That was the situation with our kitchen faucet, it just looked out of place. Everything else matched, but the faucet, everyday it would haunt me. One day, on a whim, I called a plumbing company to ask for an estimate. He laughed and said he could take a look later the same day. He looked at the faucet, commiserated with me about how it didn't fit in, and told me what exactly to buy. I called with the replacement and he wiggled me in between appointments. I'm so much more happy, stupid faucet.
