A CSNA service van rear-ended my car on November 29th on the service road of MoPac. The driver (who was respectful and cooperative throughout our exchange) acknowledged that the collision was his fault. As we were exchanging information, he called CSNA because he couldn't find proof of liability. After he got off the phone, he rummaged through many papers in the van and finally found what he said was proof of liability. I took a photo of the "proof" but, as it turns out, the policy had expired. Now, 9 days later, the CSNA customer service rep I'm forced to deal with will not send me proof of liability.

do not work for these people!!! they do not pay their bills! how do you run a company that doesn't answer phone calls or emails!

Just no. Horrible management starting from the top down. Mistreat employees, cheats clients and contractors.

What a pathetic company! Wish w would have read the reviews prior to doing work for them. They don't pay for any services, they always give you excuse after excuse. They never answer phone calls or emails and when they do they are very rude and unprofessional. It's one of those that they call a million times a day to get you to drop everything and go do their service call but when it comes to paying they disappear. It's so sad that they have on there women owned what an embarrassment, giving a bad name to women entrepreneurs. It's amazing how they are still in business after committing so much fraud. Where is the BBB when you need them!!! Please don't do any business with this company, I will also be warning all other contractors in my city so they won't have to go through what we have.

They have not paid us for our services from Jan 2021 even though it was approved. They won't answer the phone when we call. The few emails received were one excuse after another...they were not in the office to write checks...must have been lost in the mail because they accidentally enter the wrong address...etc.
Not the best company to work for or with...If you need a service company I would recommend researching and reviewing others first. I know of a couple goods ones that pay us in a timely manner without issue but I won't name them here as I don't want them associated with this "Company".

Having a difficult time being paid for Dec19 and Mar20 invoices. As these are the only two jobs we've done for CSNA, they don't get a high rating. Their excuse is Bealls hasn't paid CSNA to which I replied that's too bad because it wasn't Bealls who sent me to do the work. And we've done numerous repairs for Bealls thru other facility maintenance companies and have always been paid.

You do not even deserve one star but until you pay my husband (plumber) I will find you everywhere I can online and let people know that when they call you, and you send a professional to them, you don't pay them!! You called and wanted him to do a job....now you will not pay for work completed. Complete runaround including being transferred to accounts payable and getting "No one is available to answer your call. Goodbye." Dead end and can't even leave a message. I have two pages of attempts to collect...emails...people we talked to...promises to call back. WORK ORDER 136843917.
