Dwayne from CSI Plumbing installed our Pelican Water System improperly and we DO NOT RECOMMEND his services! Once he was made aware of the poor workmanship on his installation, which according to the manufacturer, caused ""complete performance deterioration on the water system"", Dwayne did initially agree to come and make the necessary repairs. However, he no-showed to the first appointment, and then cancelled the next two appointments at the last minute. After that, he never called us back. He completely wasted our time and money. We eventually hired another plumber who came and fixed filtration system. I don't think Pelican will be recommending CSI (Dwayne) as a dealer/installer anymore, after receiving our photos and complaints, and taking note of his unprofessional behavior.

Dwayne from CSI Plumbing was awesome. I had two issues in my home, a leaky outside faucet and a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced.
He came looked at the leaky faucet and fixed it quickly, NO CHARGE! He then came in and replaced the sink garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. He brought the replacement, replaced it, checked it, cleaned up afterwards and its done. The cost was reasonable to do it all. I recommend Dwayne and CSI Plumbing.

Contacted CSI Plumbing since they were recommended dealer/installer by Pelican water filtration systems... Best install price on the list and didn't change price quoted once completed, great availability to get 2 Pelican systems installed (2 different homes), super quick, professional install... so glad I called Dwayne. Highly recommend his services! Thank you x2, enjoying our filtered water!!

If I could give Dwayne 10 stars I would. I called him a little while ago because we had a pipe burst in the house we are renting and my landlord said she couldn't come til tonight. He came out immediately, fixed the pipe and made sure everything was ok before he left!!! Amazing and fast service . I will recommend him to everyone !!!!

Great service from a great local small contractor!Just had my water heater and circulating pump replaced. Excellent job as always by Dwayne. As a repeat customer-I would highly recommend CSI for anyone that needs a good fair plumber. You won't be disappointed- give them a call!

Very poor communication with the owner. I paid cash and wanted a receipt he didn't have time. Said I would have one emailed to me. Talked to him again said he would get it done. Never happened. I've still never seen one. There is no office number, just his cell. Had him snake out a kitchen sink. No big deal. Within a week it had backed up again. Called him and he said it 'shouldn't have happens again for at least a year' so I asked if he could give me a discount to come back and finish the job. He flat said no and that he would be out of business if he did anything like that, which tells me he doesn't always do the job right the first time. Found a better guy and the water's flowing again.

I wanted to like them but, although where I live is within the square displayed on the map accompanying their address and ad, they canceled the appointment without as much as an ""i'm sorry"" because they did not service ""my area."" This happened after I had spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining that, no, I did not live in Mesquite and giving directions. Apparently, they are willing to spend a lot of time rejecting new business. My address is no further away from their office than plenty of the Las Vegas Valley.

Very professional! We needed our water hater replaced. Not only did he show up promptly when promised, he did an amazing job and even gave us tips on how to get the most years out of our water heater. I felt his pricing was perfect (as we have spent more in the past with other plumbing companies and they did sloppy work). My husband and I are very pleased and highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

Ever heard the stereotype of the unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable tradesman? Well, step forward Dwayne Kurr, owner/operator of CSI plumbing.

On his website Kurr displays a video talking about his passion for plumbing (apparently it has been in his family for decades). My experience was totally at odds with these claims. It was an absolute waste of time and extremely frustrating.

CSI had done some work on my property a few years ago. Another plumber had done a poor job on my bathroom recently, so I called CSI to try to arrange an appointment to hopefully fix the problem. What followed was over a week of being given the run-around by Dwayne Kurr.

When I called he was on a job and said he'd call me back. He didn't, so I sent him an SMS. Again he said he'd call, but didn't.... To cut a long story short, I made over a dozen calls and sent a dozen text messages in order to arrange a simple appointment. The only option is to call Kurr's cell - they don't have an office phone number, or at least it isn't listed on their website.

Eventually we arranged a day and time via text message. I was relieved - I naively thought that he would honour the arranged appointment..

The day came, and CSI were a no-show. Not only that, but they simply ignored my calls and text messages. I simply never heard back from them.

It was astonishingly bad service. This is a company that appears to treat its customers with contempt. If you make an appointment, don't expect them to show up, or even have the common decency to tell you that they're not coming.
