Very unprofessional. The tech never came back to do the job! My home warranty company selected them to fix a leaky pipe under the sink. A simple job. The technician arrived, took photos, said he needed to wait for approval, and would return when he was cleared to do the work. I know that approval usually happens while he waits, especially for something so simple. Instead he failed to be honest and tell me that he really refused to do the work. No idea why. No phone call or follow up from CSA. Thanks for dropping the ball. The next day, MK Plumbing showed up to do a fantastic job! Took him 15 minutes to do what CSA couldn't do. I will NEVER accept work from CSA Plumbing LLC. EVER!!!

Top shelf! Jack rapidly responded to our after hours crisis. He was quick, professional, and quite affable. He will be the first person we call for future plumbing needs and will recommend him to all our friends! Great service!

Very disappointed with HMA home warranty & CSA plumbing. Mr. Jack was very sociable but didn't deliver on the repair issue. Mr. jack gave me a wrong prognosis for a simple waterline leak in my basement ceiling and diagnosed it to be sprinkler system line. I scheduled a sprinkler company for the repair and while waiting found the leak in the water line where I had removed drywall. I spoke with receptionists Dee and Mr. Jack and was told his truck was in shop. I was able to cancel the sprinkler company thank God and make the repair myself. I've attempted to get reimbursed my $100 deductible for the bad service I received from CSA plumbing and or HMA home warranty. I filed my complaint with both companies and have been treated unprofessionally being told that they would get back to me to no avail. I wouldn't recommend either of these companies.

I filed a claim for my garbage disposal. waited all day for technician to come; no show. No answer when I called repeatedly. This is a terrible company that does not respect people's time.

My mother, who is almost 80 years old, sick and just lost her husband was in a bind with a water heater that broke. We were first referred to an absolutely awful company by our home warranty service (never go to Bs Plumbing). After a week of trying to get the other company on the phone to make an appointment we called the home warrenty company and were put in contact with CSA Plumbing. Best thing that could of happened to us. The first lady I talked to (I think her name was Dee) put our needs first during the cold snap and was very simpathetic to all of my mothers needs. She sent us Jack. Jack (our hero) was so helpful, sympathetic, and most of all called me and kept in touch with me daily to give me an update on a part he needed to order. He spent a good part of the first day trying everything to fix the water heater and found he needed to order a part. When the part came in, he responded to my mothers house, after hours, and fixed the hot water heater. There is a lot more to the entire story but so people will read this I made it short and sweet. The moral of this story is that I will recommend this company to everyone knowing that CSA puts the people first and gets the job done.

I had an issue with a humming sound in my plumbing, I used my home warranty and they reached out to CSA plumbing. The technician jack was very professional and friendly! He called when he was on another site to let me know it would take him a while to get here, then when he saw my doggie he brought a treat in for her! He found the issue quickly and fixed it. Great experience and I would use them again.

Had a sump pump go out. Was going to be out of town but someone was home to let them in to fix it. Told them to call me if they had any issues. In order to get to the sump pump they cut the Radon pipe. After switching out the sump pump they said that the drain outside was clogged. So instead of talking to me or fixing it, they just cut the pipe on the outside of the house. They said it wasn't covered by the warranty and just left it pouring onto my A/C unit. They then said they weren't liable to fix the radon pipe that they cut. That it wasn't in the warranty. When I got back in town, I contacted them in regards to it. They said they ""did me a favor"". I'd advise anyone wanting to use them.... just pass!

We recently purchased on home in Lusby, MD. We had the world's worst home inspector from Amerispect- never use them. He missed so many problems, including plumbing issues. We called CSA Plumbing and they sent Jack. He was wonderful. He was pleasant, professional, got the job done quickly and effectively. We will be using him when we renovate our baths and kitchen.
