CS Sewer Drain and Plumbing

We had a major plumbing issue with neither toilet flushing and water backing up in all of my drains. I calledCS sewer and got a response quickly. They arrived and saw my problem. Two plumbers worked on my issues. They power snaked our all of my drains, got my toilets working properly, and we're very professional. They snaked out flushable wipes that had to be before we bought the house. We never used flushable wipes. The filled a contractors bag with the pile of wipes. They power snaked it again and showed me on the camera that the clogs were open. I was fortunate that it wasn't tree roots. I highly recommend CS and if I ever need plumbing again they'll get my business

Chuck was not able to do the kind of work we needed, but he was honest about it. That means a lot. Also, he provided me several names of competitors who might be able to do the work instead.

I'm doing this for my parents who live locally, but I don't, and as much as they would like to do the work themselves, time has moved on. I'm very grateful to Chuck for his honesty and integrity.

We have used C S for years and cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his team! They are always beyond professional, polite, respectful and return calls in a very timely manner. Their work is always precise, well explained, thorough and always priced fairly. I asked for a quote for a toilet project for any day after a certain date when I would be back in town. This company replied they were booked for this time. For every single day after the date I specified?! I would much rather have someone be up front and tell me they would prefer to not do the type of work I'm looking to have done vs. BS me like this. Maybe they really were booked every single day. But they didn't respond to me asking if this was the case, so it sure felt like BS.

I was having issues with a bathtub that wouldn't drain. CS sent someone out same day to take a look and see what we were up against. I had asked for a 10 minutes pre-arrival warning so I could put my pup away, and received the call right on time. Greg was professional, kind, and assessed the issue perfectly. While I had someone else fix the drain, I wouldn't hesitate to call CS again to fix the problem if it were to happen again.
