C&S Plumbing was established in 1998 by two brothers, supported by their father. Initially a small family venture, it has evolved into a thriving business with more than 20 employees and a fleet of 14 trucks. Currently, we proudly handle plumbing installations for more than 800 new homes each year throughout Southwest Florida.

Through economic challenges and personal struggles, we remained steadfast—driven by hard work, determination, and a dedication to our craft. Currently operating as a father-son partnership under the Draft Construction umbrella, our vision is to establish ourselves as a premier full-service construction company in the area.

Aiden Pellechio, the son of founder Samuel Pellechio, is a proud graduate of North Fort Myers High School. Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, Aiden embodies the next generation of leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since stepping into the family business, Aiden has significantly contributed to modernizing operations—adopting digital marketing strategies, improving scheduling systems, enhancing customer communication, and refining estimating and payment processes. His progressive approach has ushered C&S Plumbing into the modern age while adhering to the company’s core principles of integrity, quality, and family.
