C&S Plumbing began in 1998, founded by two brothers with the steadfast backing of their father. What started as a small family business has expanded into a successful operation with over 20 team members and a fleet of 14 vehicles. Today, we proudly complete plumbing installations for over 800 new homes annually across Southwest Florida.

Through financial difficulties and personal trials, we stayed committed—driven by effort, perseverance, and dedication to our work. Currently operating as a father-son partnership under the Draft Construction umbrella, our vision is to establish ourselves as a premier full-service construction company in the area.

Aiden Pellechio, the son of founder Samuel Pellechio, proudly graduated from North Fort Myers High School. Aiden is currently studying Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, representing the next wave of leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since stepping into the family business, Aiden has significantly contributed to modernizing operations—adopting digital marketing strategies, improving scheduling systems, enhancing customer communication, and refining estimating and payment processes. His forward-thinking mindset has propelled C&S Plumbing into the 21st century while staying aligned with the company’s foundational values of honesty, quality, and family.
