Founded in 1998 by two brothers with their father's unwavering support, C&S Plumbing. What started as a small family business has expanded into a successful operation with over 20 team members and a fleet of 14 vehicles. Currently, we proudly handle plumbing installations for more than 800 new homes each year throughout Southwest Florida.

Through financial difficulties and personal trials, we stayed committed—driven by effort, perseverance, and dedication to our work. Now functioning as a father-son duo under the Draft Construction umbrella, we aim to be one of the top full-service construction companies in the region.

Aiden Pellechio, the son of founder Samuel Pellechio, is a proud graduate of North Fort Myers High School. Aiden is currently studying Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, representing the next wave of leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since becoming part of the family business, Aiden has played a vital role in updating operations—introducing digital marketing techniques, streamlining scheduling, improving customer interactions, and enhancing estimating and payment systems. His innovative approach has helped bring C&S Plumbing into the modern era while remaining true to the company’s core values of integrity, quality, and family.
