C&S Plumbing began in 1998, founded by two brothers with the steadfast backing of their father. Beginning as a modest family operation, it has grown into a robust company with over 20 staff and a fleet of 14 trucks. Currently, we proudly handle plumbing installations for more than 800 new homes each year throughout Southwest Florida.

Despite economic hurdles and personal challenges, we persevered—motivated by diligence, resilience, and a commitment to our trade. Now functioning as a father-son duo under the Draft Construction umbrella, we aim to be one of the top full-service construction companies in the region.

Aiden Pellechio, the son of founder Samuel Pellechio, proudly graduated from North Fort Myers High School. Currently enrolled in Construction Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, Aiden signifies the future leadership at C&S Plumbing of Lee.

Since joining the family business, Aiden has been instrumental in modernizing operations—implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing scheduling systems, enhancing customer communication, and refining estimating and payment processes. His progressive approach has ushered C&S Plumbing into the modern age while adhering to the company’s core principles of integrity, quality, and family.
