We could not be more impressed. We have much experience with building pools for our homes and have never worked with a company that is so concerned about quality, and customer satisfaction. We love our pool and are so happy with CSCP. Was a great experience and we appreciate the customer support during the warranty period.

I wanted to come back to leave an update as our nightmare of a pool experience still continues after working with this company.

The coping around are pool continues to discolor and degrade and is now cracking and falling apart in many spots. Once again, we need to hire yet another company to fix their poor job. We will most likely have to pay to replace the entire coping around our pool. A pool that is now only a year old.

The outdoor kitchen we had them build is also falling apart as the stone is crumbling around our grill and appliances.

The pebble bottom which I sited in my original review was so discolored and uneven we needed to pay someone to drain our pool and do an acid wash on it to at least make it look "okay" not great but better than awful.

Again, RUN, don't walk away from this company.
I am happy to provide pics and videos and receipts to anyone that is thinking about using this company.

Crystal Springs custom pool did a great job building our pool, from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our pool, they are a family owned and managed company, hands on in every stage of the process and delivered the pool within our timeframe. I would highly recommend using this great company!

Crystal Springs Custom Pools was the best choice we could make for our pool build. We selected them after meeting with other pool builders and designers. The initial selling point was our design required our pool to be build 16' off the ground. My husband and I are both civil engineers and were very concerned with the structural integrity of building an elevated pool. After our initial meeting with the owner my husband and I questioned him on his experience with concrete and the steel reinforcement needed for our pool. We left the meeting more than content that Crystal Springs would have the expertise we were looking as the owner had several decade of experience. Being very familiar with the construction process my husband and the found his company, owners, and their subcontractors to be trustworthy, hardworking, dedicated, and very skilled and produced the pool we wanted. They accommodated field changes we requested, always answered our questions, and completed the work on schedule. Can not recommend Crystal spring enough. They did a great job and were great to work with.

I am not sure where to begin or if there is even enough space here to describe what a horrible experience it was working with this company. But I will try.

We met with several pool builders and they were definitely the highest price point. We really liked them because of the local, family business aspect and their convincing sales pitch of a promise of extreme care and attention to detail of their work. We regret daily ever walking through their doors and going to that pitch meeting.

We are still in this nightmare as we are having to hire out to fix all the problems we are facing with our pool.

- the pool coping was poorly installed and then they tried to" fix it" multiple times, but just ended up over sanding, using different color grouts and our coping looks old, worn, and mismatched.

- the pebble bottom installation was so uneven, blotchy and terrible that we had to chase down an NPT rep to come to our home as Crystal Springs thought it looked good. The rep agreed with us and said the pool needed to be drained and re-acid washed as it was underexposed.

- they installed the auto fill incorrectly as well as different valves the wrong way so the bubblers in the pool and spa don't work properly.

- the concrete deck pour was terrible that we had to hire out another company to put an overlay on it because it was so discolored and marked up.

- they made excuse after excuse, never taking responsibility for their poor workmanship. they just blamed everyone they hired.

If you are reading this RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I do not want anyone else to have to experience this, especially when you are paying top dollar for what you think is going to be the pool of your dreams.

They were extremely patient with us through the design process and guided us through every step of the build to ensure we were getting the end result we desired. They are even quick to respond to post-build questions, which we occasionally have pop up as 1st time pool owners! We love that they are a local family run business and that we always saw a friendly face accompanying the crews on site to make sure the build went smoothly. Just finished pool construction with Crystal Springs and couldn't be happier! They were amazing to work with. We met with 5 different pool companies before finding Crystal Springs. After meeting Daniel and his family, we knew this was the pool builder for us. Throughout the process, they were so helpful and really took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. They were fast, efficient, and responsive to all our questions/concerns. To top it off, every evening their crew would clean the work site completely picking up every loose nail, bottle, etc. And, now, we have a stunning pool/spa just in time for summer! I haven't been this happy with a company...ever. They really are the best!

Hi Neighbors! I just wanted to give a HUGE recommendation to the Crystal Springs Custom Pool Company. Not only did they provide such a fast and convenient service, but their effort and quality towards building our pool has been beyond amazing. I have had the best experience with the owner, Daniel. Whatever he promises, he follows through with immediately. If anyone is interested in building a pool in the future, definitely recommend going through this company!
