They don't come better than Crystal!!! They just installed two new faucets in our bathroom sinks and, as always, did an amazing job. I highly recommend Crystal plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. You won't find better, more qualified plumbers in this area and certainly none with fairer pricing!!
Crystal is professional, courteous, qualified, respectful, trustworthy... what else can I say? Crystal is simply the best!

I called Crystal Plumbing on a Saturday because I was having trouble with my hot water. I thought I needed a new hot water heater. Dave walked me through relighting my pilot light on the phone so that I did not have to incur a service fee. He came over on the following Monday to give me a quote on a new heater, but after looking at things he found the problem and did not charge me for the advice. I had three faucets that needed installation (was considering a DIY job) so I asked for a quote to do that and hired his company. The two workers that he sent over were very respectful and did a great job installing my faucets. I highly recommend Crystal Plumbing.

Boy, I didn't want to forget to write a review on the job that Rudy and Bob had done at my house. They got the job done efficiently & professionally. Two of the nicest guys. I was a little hesitant at 1st, because I had the original owner, Jerry, come to my house for years & I trusted Jerry and miss him since he retired. But he had assured me that the new owner, Dave, does honest and wonderful work. Happy to say they do!

I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn't turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn't even charge me for the tub. Overall great work by a team of very polite, professional employees.

Discovered a leak under my house, and of course did what any homeowner would do...panic! I contacted Crystal Plumbing and within the hour, they were at my house identifying the problem. I was lucky enough to have Bobby and Rudy working to resolve the issue. Not only were they great to work with, but they explained what they found, and how they were going to fix it. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess which was really appreciated. The best part of all of this is I received top-notch service at a fair and reasonable price! I highly recommend using Crystal Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues. I will never use any another plumber in the future!

toilet was running. Crystal plumbing came out and had to change out inners. Reasonable as this toilet was over 10 years old. Works great.

Then had kitchen dual sink with water backing up back and forth. They came out and snaked the front pipe (which no other plumber had done) and fixed the problem.

I am very happy with the service and hope to have many years with them for all my needs.

Crystal Plumbing of Lodi replaced our old Orangeburg sewer line with a new one. They pulled the new sewer line through the old Orangeburg and did a fine job. They did a good job on that. They did it in one day plus recall.
But, they did not leave our yard the way they found it. They left it very poorly-level. I called them back on that, they did a poor job on the callback. When they dug a hole at both ends of the sewer line to replace the old one, they through the dirt everywhere, in the flower beds and so on, they left me with a lot of work to level.

Noticed a weird smell in the garage & discovered soot on the front of our water heater. Called Crystal Plumbing yesterday morning & spoke w Dave who then requested pictures & that our propane guy check the regulator before determining if it was the water heater itself. We did indeed need a new tank & Dave had a crew here at our place this morning (15 minutes early) to put in a new water heater. Responsive, speedy service with a friendly, efficient crew. We should have hot water shortly. We would definitely use this company again & recommend them to anyone else who needs a plumber.

These guys are great, have had them help us multiple times with little things, but recently we had a bigger issue of our septic lines needing to be replaced. Got a couple of quotes, theirs was best, they did the job, even found an unexpected second line and replaced it also for a very fair amount. They are great workers, do good work, communicate well, and are very fair. I would highly recommend them. Always happy with their service when they do a job.

My wife and I had our propane shutoff by the gas company due to a leak. I went through two different plumbers, some self repair and hell amd back chasing double digit leaks until I called Crystal plumbing. They helped me find the remaining problems, replace underground piping and went above and beyond trying to help me get the gas back on. They were honest, professional and extremely fair with the pricing on such a job. I will never use another plumber again, I have found the last honest folks in the area.
