I called Crystal Plumbing on 2 spots of clogged, Dave show up 1:30 after my call, very on time & supper efficient. I have to mention that he was wearing a mask, I am very appreciated him doing his part during this Covid-19 pandemic.
My kitchen & the sewer were clear completely. The price he charged is very reasonable and thank you Dave for keeping up great work during this time, it's hot outside. Very appreciated.

This place is great. We had an emergency and they were able to move things around to show up ASAP. Both times they helped us they were friendly and fixed the problem at a good price. They also fixed something else we had not even requested. This type of customer service is few and far between. I rarely write reviews so if you are looking for a plumber contact Crystal Plumbing and I'm sure you may provide a similar review.

Kitchen sink backed up and despite our efforts on a late Friday night we couldn't fix the problem! Called Dave on Saturday and he arrived in a couple hours. Great guy and super up front and honest. He worked hard for an hour and was able to fix the problem for a great rate. Now that we have found him, we will be calling for any of our plumbing needs!! Thank you. Ralph and Michelle

I want to thank the guys from Crystal Plumbing for a awesome job they did . They gave me a time frame of when they could be at my house . They also gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would be at my place with in ten minutes . Once they got to my place they took care of my clogged drain ASAP . I found my laundry room flooded while doing laundry. Something got backed up. I discovered water coming out of the same area when using the kitchen sink. They are connected somehow. There was a clog that I just couldn't figure out. I found Crystal Plumbing on yelp. The 5 star reviews say it all. Here's another one. Fast response. Friendly service. Knowledgeable and reliable. No mess left behind. Definitely recommend. I know who to call next time I have a plumbing need. Thank you Dave.

Had an emergency pipe leak under bathroom sink on a Saturday afternoon. Crystal Plumbing came out within 2 hours. It was a broken rusty pipe. He had it fixed witnin the hour. He even installed the new faucet for us. Very pleasant customer service. Reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again if need arises.

Our Shower/tub diverter broke so I called Dave from Crystal Plumbing. He was able to find and fix the part quickly and for a reasonable price. He was also very warm and friendly. A few days later my kids put toys down our sewer line outside :( I called Dave and he was able to get out to me quickly and fix the problem. So grateful! I will definitely be calling Crystal Plumbing for all my plumbing needs (and making sure the kids can't access the sewer line again)!

Dave is the man!! I had a small job that included a little bit of dirty work on his end to run a gas line for my dryer. He did that and more. While recessing my water lines in the wall and installing gas he ran a new water line to my fridge. I also noticed that my gas line was sticking out to far out of the wall to fit my dryer and I called dave and he said he would come take care of it as it is no problem.

I am the type of person that will continue to use a business mostly off customer service and david goes above and beyond. I believe a handshake means something and your word is your bond. Dave has those same beliefs and it shows in how he treats his customers. Do not hesitate to use dave for all of your plumbing needs as I will from


Update:
Had to call Dave once again for old plumbing in my old house. He once again has impressed me with taking my call after hours and promised to be at my house first thing in the morning. They showed up at 8:00 and had the pipe clear in 20 minutes. As I mentioned in my first review, I will always call Dave (Crystal Plumbing) for anything related to plumbing in my house!
