My realtor had them install the radon detector. The fan quit working within 6 months. They did replace it but it quit working again 5 years later. Someone came out the next day (I was worked in between appointments as he was in the area), walked to the unit on the outside of the door and flipped the switch on. An animal must have accidently turned it off. He walked down to the basement and verified that it was working. He was here for less than 5 minutes. My bill was for over $100.

Don't stand by products. Bought brand new top of the line system. Had nothing but trouble with it and they can't get diagnosed right when they come out. I just keep getting bills. Beware!!! Wish I could give Zero Stars

If I could give zero stars I would. I got billed for services that never happened. We needed an estimate (which is free) for a new septic system and we ended up using a different company and we got sent a bill for ""his time"". He is dishonest and manipulative and not a professional. Will never recommend him or his company for ANY services.

Very helpful and educated staff! Has done several plmg and htg work at my property. Recently excavation division did a Septic inspection TOT as I was required to have done for the sale of my home. Knowledgeable crew and did a great job along with cleaning up my front yard cleanly after digging down to d-box which they found it needed to be replaced to pass DNR requirements.
Very happy with all work they have done for us in 31 years.
If u have a job needing orice quote, they'll be there and then explain what quote includes. Very satisfied happy customer!
I am moving from an acreage outside of Waverly to a Condo in Waterloo. They have quoted a large master bath remodel which has been accepted to install Onyx 5' shower with body jets! They do GREAT work. No job too small or large for Crystal Plumbing and Heating!!!

Left a mess in the front of our house, we will have to hire someone to come in and remove the debris that they left. When asked to come and take care of it, was told the customer usually takes care of that and that he drove by my house and it looked fine to him!!! We will use someone from Waterloo next time!!!!
