The emblem we use is a Phoenix; this mythical bird is believed to rise from the ashes of its own demise. We selected this symbol for several significant reasons.

Robert Weeks started Crystal Clear Plumbing in Phoenix, AZ in 1984, but it was forced to shut down in 2017 because of Robert's health problems. Deacon relocated Robert and Nancy to NY for better care, and miraculously, Robert recovered. As a result, Deacon and Robert restarted the family business from the remnants of the company that had supported numerous families for more than 30 years. We have consistently been a successful business, providing jobs, serving the community, and leading in customer service and quality, and it seems that CNY could benefit from the success, hope, and quality we offer.

I was riding in a plumbing truck at 12, and by the time I was 18, I was managing my own truck for the company. As life took its course, I thought I would pursue my fortune away from the family business. Like the prodigal son, I had the option to go back to my father's business in AZ whenever I required work. That all shifted in 2017 when he became ill, and the company he established as a family legacy started to fall apart. I made efforts to help, but by that time, my wife and I were operating a small farm and raising five children in Hartwick, NY. Because of my father's health issues and my mother's poor condition, I relocated them both to NY to care for them. In that time, our farm business took some hits, and unsure where to go, I found a job with a nationally recognized plumbing company in TN. In my first month, I emerged as the leading technician in earnings; my father had equipped me well. It was then I understood my mission was to rebuild his business, and we are accomplishing that together. The Phoenix symbolizes our company for this reason.
