I have had multiple problems with them from them being rude and unprofessional and refusing to do the work requested through my home warranty. They refused and when I stated I was going to write a 2nd negative review they then wanted to resolve the issue because it will look bad on them.

The last time I needed work they overcharged and when asked why they told me it wasn't their fault that my husband was in the hospital at the time I agreed to the work without asking for the exact price.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow you saved us! After a house sitter flushing litter down the toilet you could say we were in a pickle! We called Crystal Clear and they came out same day! Fast, affordable and very professional. They also were very safe and wore masks and wore them the right way too. No chin masking, no under the nose bs! I felt safe having outsiders in my home. Would highly recommend!

Jason from Crystal Clear is great. We have had him to the house twice for pipe leaks. He is very knowledgeable and is quick in assessing a problem. I cannot say how much he charged because American Home Shield covered the repair.

We needed a new water heater asap, as ours broke & was spewing water all over the garage. Because we have an American Home Shield policy, we called them first. They dispatched a plumber from Crystal Clear almost immediately. He was fast, professional & clean. I have had great experiences with this company! We used them at my work and I used them for my home. They replaced my water heater in an hour! They had all the parts on hand. You can't beat that. I hate waiting for parts! They tech Jason was so nice! He was fast and knowledgeable. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He cleaned his area before and after his job. He left my house better than it was. Thanks for a great job!

Crystal Clear Plumbing installed 2 toilets for me. We recently had to pull our toilet out. It's been leaking at the base since shortly after they installed it. We procrastinated contacting them to fix their work. Once we pulled the toilet up, there were two wax rings stacked. The wax ring didn't appear to even be touching the toilet. My family members also had 2 toilets installed by Crystal Clear. They had to have another company come and reinstall them after about a year because they were leaking and coming loose at the base. We haven't pulled up our second toilet yet, but I imagine it's going to have the same issue because it also leaks at the base. I would not recommend this company. I haven't contacted them regarding this issue because it's been almost three years, but it's been leaking at the base for most of that time.
