We needed a new water heater asap, as ours broke & was spewing water all over the garage. Because we have an American Home Shield policy, we called them first. They dispatched a plumber from Crystal Clear almost immediately. He was fast, professional & clean. This was our first experience with Crystal Clear Plumbing, & we won't hesitate to call them the next time we need help.

I have had great experiences with this company! We used them at my work and I used them for my home. They replaced my water heater in an hour! They had all the parts on hand. You can't beat that. I hate waiting for parts! They tech Jason was so nice! He was fast and knowledgeable. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He cleaned his area before and after his job. Crystal Clear Plumbing installed 2 toilets for me. We recently had to pull our toilet out. It's been leaking at the base since shortly after they installed it. We procrastinated contacting them to fix their work. Once we pulled the toilet up, there were two wax rings stacked. The wax ring didn't appear to even be touching the toilet. My family members also had 2 toilets installed by Crystal Clear. They had to have another company come and reinstall them after about a year because they were leaking and coming loose at the base. We haven't pulled up our second toilet yet, but I imagine it's going to have the same issue because it also leaks at the base. I would not recommend this company. I haven't contacted them regarding this issue because it's been almost three years, but it's been leaking at the base for most of that time.

Crystal Clear has been to our home twice. On their first visit, we noted their expertise immediately. We got great advice on how to fix an issue and how to save money in the process. When our water heaters finally gave out, we turned to Crystal Clear again and got immediate, favorably priced service. To be brief, I will never turn to another plumber so long as we stay in Washington County, UT. They are great ... fast, affordable, and good. And they are looking out for out bottom line. I can't give a stronger recommendation.

Our water heater went ka-boom and was flooding our garage and a bedroom, so it was imperative that we get someone out to our place in a hurry. Jason came to our place on short notice, after hours, and with a smile on his face. Not only did he replace our HWH, he also did a quick check of our soft water system that has been on the fritz. A simple tweak to the softener and we were back in business.

What impressed me the most, however, was that when he was done with the installation, he requested that both my wife and I come into the garage so he could explain what he had done, why he had done it, and how things work. I've never had a service person take that kind of time, which tells me that he's proud of the work he does and has faith in his skills and job expertise. Overall, I was very impressed with Crystal Clear Plumbing.

Quality work, quality materials, and the best part, he didn't charge us the after-hours rate and he didn't charge me for the tweak on our softener.

I've had Crystal Clear work on plumbing issues at two homes in Saint George. Jason is one of the owners and he came to my home for the most recent repair. The office staff is friendly and helpful when I call. This time Jason was running early and someone at the office called to see if he could arrive at my home one hour early, at 11:00 instead of noon. He arrived right at 11:00. He listened as I showed him the problems with a squealing shower. worn out faucet parts and slow drains. He quickly proposed solutions to me and got my approval. Then he completed the work fast, including pulling out what he called ""small animals"" from some drains. I thought he was exaggerating but when I saw the nasty chunks of hair and soap scum they really did look like dead rats. After completing the work Jason asked me to inspect it and make sure it was satisfactory. Before leaving he asked again if everything was to my satisfaction.

He was here for about an hour and I paid $85 for the house call and $18 for 3 faucet pieces that had to be replaced. He explained the charges clearly and gave me an invoice listing them. He repaired the shower head so it didn't need to be replaced. I've hired cheaper plumbers before, but never had anyone more polite and thorough.
