Our Hot water heater was not working and after trying to trouble shoot the issues I decided to call experts to fix. Happy to say I got recommendation from handyman to someone he trusted so I got connected with Crystal Clear Plumbing. Jason was great and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue replacing the control unit. I highly would recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Thank you greatly from a 27 year Veteran whom proudly served people like this company.

Today I met Brock and Eduardo. They installed a new kitchen faucet for me. I just called the office yesterday? They got it in quickly and left the place clean. Super informative and polite. Saturday evening I noticed I wasn't getting any hot water from the sink so went out to the water heater in the garage, and there was water everywhere. I called my sister, who has several properties in town and has a list of the trades who've done good work. She gave me the number for Crystal Clear Plumbing. I gave them a call Saturday night and he said he'd have someone out at 8am Sunday morning. The truck showed up on time with two workers. One of them gave his condolences since he had heard my brother-in-law had suddenly passed away 2 months ago. He took a look at my water heater, said they could still use some of the old metal lines and straps, saved me money. Installation was fast and they left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Forty-five minutes later I had hot water again.

They wrote the date of the installation on the heater which was a nice touch. They made everything quick and painless.

I am in a rental and left 4 plumbing issues build up. Jason from Crystal Clear was assigned to the job from my rental company. He showed up in the window time given and was an absolute pleasure. He is so personable and I felt so comfortable with him in my home. He was clean and efficient at his trade. Fixed all issue to better than when I moved in.

Such an amazing company! Jason went way above and beyond to get our hot water tank working before we were stuck with no hot water for the weekend. No other plumber was available until Monday and though this company was very busy and had several hoops to jump through, they still became hero's in our minds, Jason espevitally! Thank you!!!

Crystal Clear Plumbing came out to do some repairs through our home warranty company. They did not have the needed part, so we gave approval to order it. When they returned to fix the problem, we were charged for a second visit and for the shipping of the part. This just doesn't seem right to me.

I have had multiple problems with them from them being rude and unprofessional and refusing to do the work requested through my home warranty. They refused and when I stated I was going to write a 2nd negative review they then wanted to resolve the issue because it will look bad on them.

The last time I needed work they overcharged and when asked why they told me it wasn't their fault that my husband was in the hospital at the time I agreed to the work without asking for the exact price.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow you saved us! After a house sitter flushing litter down the toilet you could say we were in a pickle! We called Crystal Clear and they came out same day! Fast, affordable and very professional. They also were very safe and wore masks and wore them the right way too. No chin masking, no under the nose bs! I felt safe having outsiders in my home. Would highly recommend!
