Had a plumber come out to look at a leak today. Plumber came at 2:25 and left at 3:00 sharp !

Opened up the faucet took a look around couldn't find the leak. Tried to turn the water, played around to get the leak to happen and still no leaking occurred!

He then cleaned up the faucet handles and used some clear caulk to seal the faucet! Did find any leak and went on his way. Here at my house for a total of 30 minutes.

He charged me $200 to take a look and told me that this was the minimum service call charge. Is this reasonable especially since he was local and in the neighborhood?

I absolutely should have asked him what the price was for the service call was as I could have had my husband do what he did in 30 minutes or less !!

He was pleasant but I absolutely should have been told the minimum service charge for 30 minutes of work. 200 is absurd and to be honest I had more work but no way !!!

These guys are cheaters. He charged $250 to fix the leak snd gave six months warranty. The same leak happened again in one month snd refused to fix the leak and now asking me to go to court. Never ever do business with Crystal clear plumbing. They are cheaters.

Andrew is extremely efficient. He knows his business and he is trustworthy and prompt.
I have used his services for the last ten years. He helped remodel my kitchen, moved my washer and dryer to the first floor from the basement and smaller problems inside and outside.

Let's just say never had a better experience than I did today my water heater broke Sunday night and called Monday morning very fast response came out within hours gave exact estimate over the phone. When worker got here he was very clean and safe put down a rug to protect my floors and was very informative. I did not have to pay more than what was quoted if you go with them you won't be disappointed the price is what the price is and promised I will be using them again definitely in telling friends thanks again for a great service

Andrew has helped me out several times at both my current and previous address. At my old address he serviced my furnace twice in the 12 years I lived there and lost heat- he came out same day. He also replaced my garbage disposal for me when it went. On the day I moved to my current address we had torrential downpours and both sump pumps went. It was a Sunday and he came out and replaced them both- well worth the emergency service fee. Today my dishwasher was running and water started leaking from underneath the cabinet under the sink. Came out and resealed everything so it's good to go. I've recommended him to friends and I don't give out recommendations unless I think you're good and competent.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company. I've had hired them for various plumbing issues. They arrive promptly and when promised. Their work is done quick and neat with courteous employees and reasonably priced work.

Fixed the problem but... He needed to ""Phone a Friend"", Replaced the wrong part first, charged me for transportation back and forth for picking up the wrong part, HAS a $140/hr labor rate, $475 for a job that should have been $200 but hey my heat works so thats a positive.
