I called these guys because they had great reviews. I had low water pressure throughout the whole house. Their was two other plumber suggested for me to repipe the whole house. Sergio came out and fixed the problem without repiping. I was very happy with his work and will recommend them to everybody I know.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues. We had a sewer problem and normally we would have contacted Roto router but they were not available for another four hours but when I contacted this company, I spoke to ""Sergio"" and luckily, he had a cancellation at the last minute which works out for us. Sergio was very courteous and friendly when you arrive and help just clear out the clog in the sewage drain. He also explain to us what may have caused the issue and what needs to be cleared. If we went back to rotor router all they would possibly do with clear it without explanation and charge us an arm and a leg and probably give us another crappy bottle of chemicals. With Sergio, it sounds like he has A lot of experience in this field.

Well I contact him again if we have issues in the future? Heck yes!

All I can say from my experience is that he did his job exactly to what they quoted me on the phone he paid very good attention to the problems I was describing he came out and fixed it and charged exactly what was quoted , that's a first time I paid what I was quoted and I've had several plumbing companies to clear that problem. We will be calling him for life!!!

Awesome service! I called in a panic after my dogs broke part of a pipe in our backyard. Given that it's Saturday I was not sure if I could find a plumber to come to my aide. As soon as I called Crystal Clear Drains and Plumbing I felt reassured. The plumber (I didn't get his name!) arrived and got straight to work. In a jiffy he had capped the pipe and turned the water back on. The price was more than fair and he guaranteed the work for 2 years. In my opinion, it doesn't get better than that!

Have used this company a several times. The Services they have performed on my properties over a few years are hot water heater install, clogged pipes, install a septic clean out, complete bathroom remodel down to the studs, and replaced galvanized pipes with copper. The work was good and the pricing was good. If your doing a big job and need it done in a hurry you will want to make it clear to him. We will definitely use again.
