Ken is not a good communicator. Len charged me for moving my pipes under my kitchen sink which he didn't do. All he did was change the valve down in My basemen. Never came back to give me the cord to plug in my pump in my basemen. Lat every time he was to come I would have to call him. Told me one price and charged me different . Would never recommend this company to anyone

GROSSLY UNRELIABLE: Needing a house sewer clog opened, called on Monday and with owner Ken made an appointment for 1:00 PM Tuesday. Nobody EVER came nor phoned us. Three of our calls to them went to their call box and the forth call got a ""Mailbox full"" response. We called another service that came within an hour and did the job.
We previously used them to install a new kitchen sink faucet. Three men came and they charged us $225 for what we found out Lowe's would have charged $99.

We had three plumbing companies give us bids for clearing a sewage backup and replacing a hundred year old stack pipe in our garage.
Ken, the owner of Crystal Clear, was the only one who didn't try scare tactics by saying we would probably have to tear up the concrete to replace pipes at a cost of thousands of dollars. His price was half what
we were told by the other companies and wasn't an ""open ended"" bid
(we start at this price and see where it goes). Ken had the job done
in 2 hours; he was professional, reliable, honest and quick. We would
definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Ken came out to clear a clogged kitchen drain 2 weeks ago. He was very pleasant and professional. He had to remove the trap under the sink to clear the drain. A week later I noticed the trap had been leaking under the sink, the floor of the wood cabinet was completely waterlogged and rippled. I called Ken who agreed to come back and fix the problem. I had to take time off of work to be here for him. He never showed, never called, did not return my call to him that afternoon. The next business day I again called and he answered, stating he was very busy with frozen pipes and apologized. I gave him another chance and re-scheduled for later in the week (now it's been more than a week that I am unable to use the kitchen sink). He was scheduled today at 4:30. It is now 5:30. No show, no call. I will not re-schedule again. I would not recommend this business, as they do not stand behind their work.
