I had a root clog routered out 8 years ago and a front yard cleanout installation was recommended. I put it off to see how long I could go, and a month ago it happened again, so I thought I could repeat my luck and get another 8 years, ha. Alex cleared it with a snake but suggested the front cleanout also. Well, after just happening again, Uriel recommended the front cleanout because the clay drain was going to the street between 2 trees. I resisted based on knowing we could just grind the root out again and considered calling another rooter guy to do it. Now for the compliment: Uriel remained calm and described the merits of the front cleanout. He explained the procedure, assured me he had all the proper tech equipment/supplies/expertise/reputation, he'd send pictures of the progress since I live 80 miles away and am renting the house out. I axed for the website and saw online the same credentials he described. At that point, my attitude had changed, so I decided to go for it and approved the job. He's a good salesman, kept me well informed, acted professional, and maintained my confidence throughout the project. You go Uriel!!!

We had tried to snake a line from our washing machine to clear what we then thought was a clogged line. Turns out it was far more extensive. We managed to get to a good solution and get the job done in less than a week with minimal changes to our daily lives.

Even when the job was complete, Uriel came to confirm some further questions we had... on a Sunday!

Plumbers, you've got to stop quoting extremely high for toilet back-ups. You quoted us $375 then dropped to $250 when we said that was ridiculous. This type of customer handling is an issue in your industry which gives it a bad rap.

They came out and cleared my bathroom sink drain the same day I called. The only knock is that they did the unclog work before letting me know it was $175 for them to do a 5 minute job. But I paid the man and my drain is clear.

Alex came to clear a clogged drain that I'd snaked in the past but kept backing up. We quickly identified where the blockage was located. First he found a cleanout and snaked it to clear it enough to let the water go down. Then he completely pulled apart the assembly where several drains joined, and he cleared the pipes by hand. I hadn't thought to do this before. We found a hard clump of material that the snake couldn't clear, which had caused multiple buildups in the past and it's gone now. Like an egg-sized kidney stone in my pipes. Ugh.

Then we noticed a small corrosion hole in the iron pipes the assembly connected to. I'd been planning on replacing these for a couple of years and had most of the parts on hand so we bit the bullet and went ahead and did the work together. We cut the thing out, assembled a replacement, and had the job done in less than a couple hours. The parts I didn't have on hand, he was able to provide from his truck. His fee for the extra work was very reasonable too.

I'll call him back the next time I have any plumbing issue, for sure.

Wow is all I can say! Alex and the crew came out and replaced a gas pipe for us. It was a difficult job. They were timely and very professional. I highly recommend Express Plumbing without any hesitation. Thank you very much Express Drain Cleaning!

Friday night I had a back up in my toilet which began to overflow into the tub, tried the home liquids then equipment. After all this it was late Sat. Afternoon, began calling plumbers on yelp that were open for estimates. After a few calls the only one able to come out the soonest with a fair price and was negotiable was Alex. Returned my call 10mins tops.Alex came out After trying for a couple hours the snake was not able to clear past 80ft so a full clear out was not possible which we wanted in order to prevent this happening again. At this time we were already reaching evening hours. After talking and negotiating we decided to get further work and get an access drained installed outside. Alex came next morning and found that our main pipe was broken, which we already had a huntch there was a leek due to our grass always being green in one area without watering. Alex got the job done and cleaned in a little less than 4 hours and guarantees his work with coming back and repairing if we have any issues . So far everything is flowing great and I am pleased with the work done and price. Well update my review in a month or so if we are still flowing free and if there were any issues. Thank you
