I appointed them to clean all the drains for all the bathrooms and kitchen while refreshing/remodeling our home.

George came to my unit to clean the drains. I trusted them to do their work thoroughly without any supervision. They spent less than 45 mins to clean 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. That raised a few flags for me. I didn't see any hoses running from their truck to my unit but I thought they might be using some new technique to clean the drains. I paid $650 to George in good faith.

Then my contractor told me that the water was shut off and it was never turned on during drain cleaning. I got concerned so we opened a few pipes to check the quality and it was a total mess. They charged me for cleaning nothing.

When I reported this to the owner, he told me that George spent 3 hours at my unit which is a total lie and they would re-clean the drains if the water is not running properly.

Total scam. Stay away.

The guy that came in to fix my leaking tub screwed it up so badly that I had to get a different plumbing company to redo all of the work 2 days later. Waste of $450 and my sanity.

Disappointed that the man who came to do the estimate was not the same as the 2 plumbers who came to do the job. One of the two plumbers that came to our house was either high or something was wrong with him. He was spitting and mumbling while he worked. I would advise the business owner not to use this worker.

Back to the work done, they got the job done but I'm mostly pissed at the mess the plumber mentioned above made. While fixing the valve outside, he trampled on bushes, left a soldering mess on the bricks (we can't clean it up) and white powder all over the flower bed.

The other plumber did a good job.

I don't think I'd call again due to the mess and unprofessionalism of the other plumber.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They were quick, and courteous (pretty sure I got a good deal too). Uriel is a very experienced plumber and got the job done in record time (to me at least). I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Alex Aguilar was the first to respond to my request on Angie's List. He happily took on my project which includes multiple small but uncommon tasks. He was very skillful and professional. He fixed those problems (my big headaches) within one hour!
When he finished he also provided me some preventive advice.

I list my kitchen sink replacement project on Angie's List, and Alex called to bid on the project.

Communications were good at beginning! However, on the service day, I needed to follow up with him on the arrival time, and found out that Alex misplaced my phone number and address.

Installation were completed all right, other then the incident that Alex broke the nut (under the sink) that need to hold the top panel (this is a brand new kitchen faucet set). But since the remaining nut still hold the panel, I let this one go.

I put paper napkins under the sink to make sure there were no leaks after the installation. Two days later, several napkins were dampened.

I called Alex and asked for help on the leaks. First, he did not recall the installation; second, he said he will call me back since he is working at the moment. But he never called back.

When I followed up and called him again, the phone never picked up and I was transferred to his voice mail. However, the voice mail system is ""full"" to take any message.

I am not very please with this services at all.

Unprofessional and pushy. Within the first 3 minutes on the phone, he's asking ""if we come are you ready to pay and start the work right away?"" Sure, if the price is right and the schedule works and the plumber seems to be on the level. After that, I arrange to be ready: clean out the space, arrange to be home from work, ready to turn off the gas and water... they don't show up. They don't call.

We were very pleased with Alex from Crystal Clear Drain and Plumbing. He is fast and efficient and charged us reasonably. This is our second time using Crystal Clear Drain and Plumbing and will use them again.
