Rita G.Our outside water valve would not shut off completely - not good since we have Western Municipal Water $$$. I contacted Arturo through this app. He responded within a reasonable time. We scheduled for this morning at 9 am. During our call, my husband reminded me that our water purifier valve had a slow leak. We had ordered a replacement part to have on hand. So, I told Arturo about this additional work, and he was patient and understanding.
This morning, Arturo was running a little late and updated me on his ETA. He identified the problem with the outside valve (cracked seal). He went to Home Depot and got a better more durable valve. Also, Arturo replaced our water purifier valve quickly and without issue.
We found Arturo helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in business for a while. He's new to Yelp. So, do not let the lack of reviews here stop you from calling him.We highly recommend him. My husband and I are saving his contact information for future jobs.
