I own a rental condo in Montclair. I had a water leak coming from the toilet water supply valve. It was a compression fitting. I called another plumbing company and they quoted me $325 over the phone. I knew it was an $8 part but I couldn't do it. Called Laura and over the phone she quoted me $189. I don't mind a company making a living but I don't want to be gouged. Laura sent the technician out and my renter said he was very professional and friendly. The price to fix did not change. I highly recommend this company. They were honest, got the job done and stayed with the quoted price. I live in Upland and have other rentals. I will not hesitate to use Cruz plumbing again. It's nice to know that during the good times, when all tradesmen are busy, there is still honest and dependable people out there.

They show up on time and prepared to work. They were thorough in their explanation of the work to be done and why the steps being taken were neccessary.

Christian is professional and fair.
I contact them via Yelp and have a quote on Saturday from Laura. Really quick response.
My Water Pressure Regulator is not function right. The pressure is up to 80 psi. Every time my sprinkler system stop, I can heard a big sound like pipe bumping into each other!
He came here to give me some suggestions for my 30 year old house and the other one I just acquired.
He worked on time, keep the place clean, also charge fair.
He is not only very knowledgeable but kind!
We had a great time and his service is awesome. I am glad I've found a trustworthy plumber in inland empire area!

in a few words..Cruz plumbing is fast, professional, honest, and direct. I had a clogged toilet which Christian was able to diagnose quickly but I felt so comfortable with his technical advice I ended up getting my master shower upgraded right then and there for just a little bit more time and money. even so, completely reasonable.

This is the 3rd time I have used Cruz Plumbing! They really do have great service. My shower has been so backed up to the point that it was barely draining and my sink was also backed up. I contacted this service yesterday, and today they were out to fix my shower and my sink. Very impressed.

We've been scouting around for the best price water heater replacement and Cruz plumbing gave us the best price amongst the rest. I called at 6:45pm and spoke with Laura. She is very professional and detailed when she was explaining all the services that is included for the water heater replacement, mind you this was 15 minutes prior they close. She is very patient and luckily they provide financing options as well through Synchrony which is a big help for us since we all know plumbing service can get pricey. Bonus is there was an available appointment right on the next day. Cruz plumbing team came on time on the said appointment time and they adhered to Covid-19 precautions, mask was worn at all times. On the same day it was also noted that extra work was needed to be done since the our valve and regulator needed replacement and we were worried about the cost, but they gave us a reasonable price. The team was very professional and they provided excellent service. They delivered a clean and neat job. Labor service has warranty too! The supervisor was very detail oriented and he was very patient into explaining the procedure that they were doing. I highly recommend their team and I would not hesitate to contact them again for future service.

Called to get a price quote for a toilet leak on my upstairs restroom. The operator quoted me $125 to change wax ring. Set an appointment, the day of plumber didn't arrive so I called to check on eta. Plumber called me and said it's $125 to come out and they'll open up the dry wall to access the issue. But they don't patch up the dry wall (im paying them to open up my dry wall?) after they access if it's to reset the toilet and change out wax ring it's another $125.
Besides that the plumber was really rude!
