Cruz plumbing is amazing! I hadn't used them now two times and each time customer service was exceptional. Laura quickly and efficiently works on getting you scheduled and after the job is done sends out the invoice timely. Christian and his crew go out and do the work. They take pictures and call if needed to explain a process and what will be done. It has been a great experience working with Cruz plumbing and I will be using them for any of my plumbing services in the future!

They were friendly, reasonable & did a wonderful job with all our projects, including the installation of a new tankless water heater & replacement of gas lines for our fireplace. I highly recommend this company.

We hired them to install a new hot water heater. The owner visits and reviews the work that needs to be done and makes suggestions to save money and improve water flow. During his visit, I mentioned some of the other items around the house that needed to be updated and fixed. He the hot water heater and then quoted the other work that I mentioned to him.

He quoted a very competitive price and was very flexible on when he could start the job. Once his team got to work, the entire job was done quickly, and efficiently. They are all very nice, professional, and do the job completely including cleanup. I would use them again for any of my plumbing jobs.

This company was fantastic! I had a leak in my hot water line in my kitchen under the floors. Christian came out right away and was able to re-route my water line to keep from tearing up the floors. Cruz came out the next morning. They fixed our initial problem of not being able to turn off the water to our washer. We live in a home with galvanized pipes. They also took care of the pipes under the sink that would leak.

Everything came with a one year warranty as well.

This review is long overdue. I used Cruz Plumbing one year ago right after we bought our house. We had immediate plumbing issues that our inspection didn't catch. Long story short we ended up doing multiple projects with Cruz Plumbing to ensure that our house would be in great condition for years to come. Christian is professional and friendly. Most importantly, he's trustworthy. He uses cameras to show me what's going on in my pipes so that I know he's not making up problems. They took great precautions during the height of the pandemic and was always respectful of our wishes. I can't recommend these guys enough. I'll always be calling them for every problem we have in the future.

I own a rental condo in Montclair. I had a water leak coming from the toilet water supply valve. It was a compression fitting. I called another plumbing company and they quoted me $325 over the phone. I knew it was an $8 part but I couldn't do it. Called Laura and over the phone she quoted me $189. I don't mind a company making a living but I don't want to be gouged. Laura sent the technician out and my renter said he was very professional and friendly. The price to fix did not change. I highly recommend this company. They were honest, got the job done and stayed with the quoted price. I live in Upland and have other rentals. I will not hesitate to use Cruz plumbing again. It's nice to know that during the good times, when all tradesmen are busy, there is still honest and dependable people out there.
