Needed an outdoor drain unclogged. Their team came out and worked hard to get it unclogged. Cleaning the drain resulted in a lot of mud and sludge. They cleaned it all up and were extremely helpful in explaining what to do to keep the line clear in the future. Great customer service from the folks in the front office to the folks in the field. Professional and reliable. Will definitely use them again in the future for plumbing needs.

Had problem with the bathroom sink in downstairs bathroom. Called several local plumber services. None could come out on same day. Spoke to Laura who was very understanding and helpful. I was informed the earliest time was not what i hoped for. She then told me to call back if i wasnt able to get the time i wanted. Called back a few minutes later, was told she would get in contact with tech to try to set up with the earliest possible time. Was contacted with Christian a short time later, was able to set up a time. Christian came out and fixed the issue i had. He was super friendly and courteous. One of our toilets was leaking and Cruz Plumbing came out to repair it. While working on the repair, they discovered our 2 septic tanks were full and overflowing along with other leaking problems. They called a local pumper to pump out the tanks, but also discovered the tanks were very rotted and leaking along with old pipes that were also leaking.
Anthony and Santiago worked very hard for three days to take care of all the problems. This involved serious digging to get access to the broken and rotted pipes. They replaced the pipes along with parts of the septic tanks including covers plus they repaired the leaking toilet. After the repairs were completed, they had to put all the dirt and rocks back in the deep hole along with replanting the grass and plants they dug up.
I can't say enough good words about how hard they worked and how knowledgeable they were. The service was fantastic and they are all friendly and helpful. If you have a plumbing problem you need to call Cruz Plumbing and Rooter Services. They are the best!!!

Will I use them again yes he walked me through a sewer inspection and thanks to his vast experience he was able to detect a major sewer problem. Cruz plumbing is amazing! I hadn't used them now two times and each time customer service was exceptional. Laura quickly and efficiently works on getting you scheduled and after the job is done sends out the invoice timely. Christian and his crew go out and do the work. They take pictures and call if needed to explain a process and what will be done. It has been a great experience working with Cruz plumbing and I will be using them for any of my plumbing services in the future!

We hired them to install a new hot water heater. The owner visits and reviews the work that needs to be done and makes suggestions to save money and improve water flow. During his visit, I mentioned some of the other items around the house that needed to be updated and fixed. He the hot water heater and then quoted the other work that I mentioned to him.

He quoted a very competitive price and was very flexible on when he could start the job. Once his team got to work, the entire job was done quickly, and efficiently. They are all very nice, professional, and do the job completely including cleanup. I would use them again for any of my plumbing jobs.
