Very satisfied with Cruz Plumbing! Very professional and got the job done right with reasonable price. Asked for quote through Yelp and Laura promptly responded within seconds for the most reasonable price (straight forward, which i love). Others are reluctant to offer price quote without having you to call them, blah blah blah...so forget them. I was skeptical at first with the quoted price and thought this may be a ""bait and switch"" scenario but after some research online and got some ideas, decided to give Cruz a try. Communicated and scheduled appointment for the next day service through Yelp was a breeze, Laura responding in 15-20 mins to messages. Basically I just need a ""toilet reset"" as they call it, the wax ring of the toilet failed and needs to be replaced. Mr. Roger came on time and was very courteous and professional, with face mask on and shoe covers. He explains the details of the work and make some reasonable suggestions to make some preventative works. Finished the job within an hour and cleaned up the mess after his work. I am highly pleased with their service and i recommended them to my family members immediately for the high quality of work and the reasonable price. Best value!

Super happy with Cruz Plumbing. Initially, I had another plumber at my house because I was having issues with the water heater (tankless water heater). This other plumber was going to clean the water heater and quoted me $350. As it was my first time, I wasn't sure if this was average rate. A friend of mine said to wait and get a second quote and so I immediately called Cruz Plumbing after looking them up on yelp.com. I got an immediate call back and they quoted me way less and seemed a lot of reasonable. I was able to make an appointment ASAP, which they squeezed me in and I so appreciated it given that I had no hot water. They came and took care of it. Shortly after, I realized I had an issue with my bathtub faucet and Christian actually came complimentary and told me that I simply needed a key that would probably cost me $15 or less and he didn't want to charge me their minimum fee for something I could easily do. I would just like to sincerely commend this business for taking care of its customers, being honest, and providing AMAZING HONEST customer service. I would definitely recommend this business.

We needed our shower fixtures re-done and our drain moved, so we could finish re-doing our shower. And Cruz plumbing was great. They were friendly and willing to help me with advice for our job. These guys are the best.. I would give them more stars if I could.. We came home one night to find water pouring out of the garage and down the driveway. It was late and it was Christmas Eve. I called around and everyone wanted to charge me 200 just to come out. Finally I called Cruz Plumbing they arrived in 25 minutes. They were professional, fast and got the job done right. It was very clear to me that this company really cares about their work and customers. They even let us borrow a fan to dry out the walls at no cost.. They will not disappoint you!
