Definitely recommend Carey! We had a small leak in our old SF apartment bathroom that turned into a bigger problem... Carey worked tirelessly all day and even came back on Saturday to continue fixing it so that we didn't have to spend the weekend without hot water. He drove all over the city looking for the right parts. We were so so grateful that our neighbors recommended him to us.

We cannot speak highly enough about Crusader Plumbing. Carey was terrific to work with. Great communicator, honest and very much focused on trying to help his clients find the best and simplest solution. We had a broken sewage pipe under our basement. He tried to snake the pipes and scope them but in the end had to dig them out and replace them. Throughout the process he kept checking in, provided us clear cost estimates and guidances, was on time for the work and had a super team with him. They also cleaned up well and l checked in for follow up. We will be using Crusader for any of our future plumbing issues and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors.

Woke up in the morning with no hot water. Checked on my water heater to find my garage was full of water. Turns out water heater burst over night. Called Crusader they came out within 3 hours. They tested my water pressure found out it was 140 which caused my tank to burst along with old age 11 years only! They returned shortly to install a new tank, a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank. They did wonderful work. Thanks Crusader!!!!

Day 2 of moving into a new house, we had a surprising comedy of errors with our kitchen sink. What was thought to be a failing garbage disposal turned out to be grease build up in the Y pipe beneath the sink which we unfortunately learned was connected to the pipe in the laundry room after a disgusting explosion of smelly, rotten vegetable water flooded the laundry room floor. We were then referred to Carey by a family friend (also a plumber) and could not be more happy with Carey's service. He was quick to respond to the call of duty, super nice, and very professional. He fixed the issue very quickly and things have been in working order ever since! That was 3mos ago.

Carey is my go-to guy for all plumbing needs! If you're looking for a skilled, reliable plumber, he is it. He'll do it with personality and kindness too.
