Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

We have used this company for 20 years. This is a company that is honest and trustworthy.
We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the pipes . Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace entire rooms of floors.
Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out. There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like the one that Atlas Butler showed us.
I would recommend Cruikshank anytime!

I called on a Wednesday asking about a new water heater. They walked me through a series of questions and then gave me a quote, with the understanding that it could change if they found issues other than what I had described. This was reasonable. They arrived the next morning and got right to work. Their guy was very polite and kept things neat. He indicated that it would be a little more work because the water valve snapped off (it was very old), but there would not be any extra charges. The whole swap took just under four hours, he removed the old heater without making a mess and the bill was just as quoted. I will definitely use them again if other plumbing needs come up.

These Guys Know What They're Doing!

I have had plumbing issues for several years (sump pump, primarily). However, since using Mick & Devon, I am very comfortable with everything they've recommended and work they have actually performed.

They have done exterior piping as well as interior sump pump replacement, water tank replacement, and dishwasher drain repair.

I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Extremely fast service for our hot water tank going out. The staff was professional and they were in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely use again.

Plumber came out and said i would need a part replaced that would take a day and a half and estimated it would cost $900-$1300. I had a private contractor come out and they fixed it in 2 hours and the parts cost $40. HUGE discrepancy. Not sure if they didn't want to do the work or had no clue what they were talking about. Not sure I would trust their estimates ever again.
