Recommended Customer Reviews

We love working with CRS!!! Audry and Simon are both extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We love sending our clients to pick out slabs at their indoor showroom. They know their products and are great at guiding clients to pick the best material for their application. They have high quality slabs with a large selection and are located in a very convenient location. Go check out CRS!!!

Excellent service! I'm in awe of how well I was treated. My fabricator sent me to them to select my counter top. I'm not good at making these decisions. Thier team helped me pick out a beautiful slab and I got new a new sink and fixtures as well! I was so happy to have their help. I get so many compliments on my new kitchen. 100% will work with them again and would recommend to anyone.

DO YOUR RESEARCH and shop around before you consider doing business with Simon. Quartzite with a lot of resin is not quartzite. It is calcite. Google it and you'll find all kinds of information about suppliers selling subpar slabs of what they're calling quartzite. I'm not saying it's not quartzite but whatever it is does not meet industry standards according to our two stone experts in the industry. We bought two slabs of Taj Mahal. Picked them out, took photos, video, ran our hands across them on 4 different visits. What we did not get to do is see them get loaded on the truck for delivery to our fabricator, David Garza, who does not know good from bad stone. The stone was loaded and we were not notified. What we have now looks like it was cut in the same batch but it is not what we chose. What is now installed is full of deep cracks that are filled with a mismatched epoxy or resin.
We've remodeled many homes/ kitchens and this is by far the worst piece of rock we've ever seen. Quartzite is supposed to be a premium stone. This is not.
Our family has been in San Antonio for over 100 years and we know a whole lot of people. We're not going to just let this go. The inferior slabs and poor fabricating by David Garza will spread like wildfire to every country club, interior designer, and builder that we know.
So, take some advice, if you buy from CRS. ESCORT YOUR SLABS TO THE TEMPLATE AND SAW! And if you're using David Garza as a fabricator, good luck to you. You will need it!!!!! If you'd like specifics send me a message. Thanks for the messages. Hopefully this will save some people some heartache. This will become a PR nightmare
for both CRS and David Garza.
Update, because cheating anyone is not the way our family rolls, my mom paid CRS for her two crappy slabs even though David Garza kept most of it.
CRS knew they'd sold inferior slabs. Audrey sent my mom an email threatening to file a lien on her home and to file a police report for theft. Lol Well Audrey, the slabs are paid for. Now I suggest you review the Deceptive Trade Practices Act in Texas.

Wonderful selections for countertops! The staff is very friendly and we were very happy with the options they had. Some were similar but some were very different. There is granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, soapstone and even dolomite.
They also seem to have a ton of backsplash and (possibly) floor tiles. Don't pass this place up!
