This plumber charged me 750 for a faucet. He then moved it to 925 to exploit me while looking. I was saying just middle of the line type or Moen. He returned and forgot to competely shut my main water off and lied with his unlicensed contractor as an entire working sheet was wet from starting with main water line on. He then said he was finished and the seeping under my caninet goy got worse and worse. He refused to tell the truth. So serv pro was called and said No she has no broken pipes you need to finish the job !!!!!
He never returned and ruined the Island Cabinet with watermarks and another bill for a repair and he never returned my money after he failed at the project and tried to pawn off or possibly breakva pipe to make money on my opinion is very very dishonest and has no reputation otherwise.
Women beware Alonzo is looking to rip you off !!!!!! In my opinion. He left took the money and never finished the job. FACT.

I had water heater problems and I' am not familiar with plumbing. So I called Carlos and his response time was almost immediately. We set up an time and he showed up promptly at the time given. He communicates throughly and has reasonably prices. He's detailed oriented and has excellent customer service. I will be calling him again for any future problems. And I strongly recommend his services, you will not go wrong. It's hard to find honest people these days. Keep up the good work Carlos.
