Luke came to my home today and located, diagnosed, remediated and provided several solutions to a problem that has haunted me, quite literally, for years. We have had a water-knocking issue that has eluded several professionals in the past.

I will continue to use and recommend Crow's Plumbing in the future because of the service Luke provided me today.

Can't say enough good things about the service Luke provided us today.

Had Crow's out again for another issue with my house's plumbing (these pipes aren't getting any younger). Like last time, they were able to get someone to take a look the same day I called which wasn't the case for a single other plumbing company I got in touch with.

Tim came back out to look at a clogged shower and had it draining in no time at all. He was very patient with my questions about it and some other issues I'd been having, and recommended I follow up with another member of his team to do a sewer scope.

Jonathan came out the next day and was an absolute well of knowledge (no pun intended). He got a camera in my pipes and explained in detail everything he noticed (he's got a sharp eye), as well as pointing out the corresponding points in my yard and potential fixes. Because there was a miscommunication about pricing for the camera service, Jonathan went above and beyond and comped the whole service. Wow.

I'm sure this cast iron (and apparently tar and paper sewer line, lol) won't hold up too much longer. When more major repairs are needed, I know the folks I'll be calling.

Went thru Angi and got a quote. Called Crow's directly to verify details and they said "we cannot honor that price. It will be more since we are certified plumbers". Not what I was expecting since they are under Angi so "bait and switch"? Beware!

Everyone at CROWS plumbing is exceptional. I had a HUGE JOB done in my condominium which required Jonathan Guy and his team to replace 100s of feet of plumbing. We had old old cast iron piping (from the 1960S) that was leaking and replaced them with a modern plastic. Jonathan coordinated everything and did everything on the job with precision and thoroughness. He even had to remove some drywall throughout the condo to access the pipes, and then had a contractor who fix the walls after he was done. I would recommend Johnathan and CROWS plumbing to anyone in the Austin area who needs quality work done, for anything from a small job to even a large commercial job. They go above and beyond in their communication, service, and quality construction and I will call them again if I ever need a plumber or any home service done again

During the recent Texas freeze this week, we had a main water break and had to shut off our water. Crow's put us on the emergency list and got a plumber to our house within 2 hours. All other companies we called said they could not help for days. The plumber they sent was very knowledgeable and had us up and running within an hour. Will definitely use them again.

Brock came by to inspect the toilets in our new house that were loose and give estimates on adding a water pressure reducing valve. He was very detailed and honest about what did and did not need replacing. I never once felt as if I was being talked into paying for a service I didn't need, and I really appreciate that level of directness. He even took the time to show me where the water shut off valve to the house was (our inspector wasn't able to find it). I will absolutely be using Crow's Pluming again in the future.

Our hot water heater started leaking the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day weekend. They were very responsive and came in on Friday of the holiday weekend to help us replace the hot water heater. We had a stress-free and great holiday thanks to Jacob and the team at Crow's plumbing. 5 stars all around!

Just had the plumber, Jonathan, from Crow's Plumbing Service leave the house. My wife and I were nervous about the bill, but Jonathan came in, looked at the kitchen facet, took a piece off and said; "Done!" He then proceeded to tell me what to do if any of the other sinks have the same issue. So what we thought was going to be a hassle was easy to deal with! We certainly will be using these people from here on out!

Just to be thorough, if your home isn't flooding, you won't be their first person of the day, and that's fine. They do, however, give you constant updates. I got in touch with someone over the phone on Monday, they said they would be here on Wednesday. All through the day I was given updates and an opportunity to have the fee waived if I would reschedule another day, which I did. Now today, they showed up here around 9:30 am, and gone by 9:35 am (it really was something simple, thankfully). So they do respect your time, too.

So, again, thank you, Jonathan and Crow's Plumbing Service!

SUMMARY: Their website advertises that they work on solar water heaters, but actually, they don't.

DETAILS: I wrote and asked about availability for fixing my solar water heater, since the About page on their website says, "We know how to handle a diverse range of plumbing issues, whether we are dealing with water treatment, solar water heaters, or something else!" They wrote back and said that they don't work on solar heaters. I said okay, but your website says you do. They acknowledged that, but said that they really don't work on solar heaters. Yet a month later, their website still says that they do.

Wastes potential customers' time.
