I have no idea if this company does good work but....... they gave me a bid for some work. $16,000.!!!!!!!!! Closest bid from other companies was $8,000!!!! No thanks!

Excellent service! My husband is very handy and took apart the pipes under the sink to see if he could find the reason for our non-draining sink- a chronic issue in our old house. After two attempts and snaking the pipes (15ft snake) we called Crown. Johnny (female, not sure of the spelling) was very nice on the phone and made a next day appointment but then called back when they had a same day appointment open up. Zak, the plumber, arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment. He gave a quote upfront and fixed our issue within an hour. He also walked through house to make sure there was no sign of a new leak from snaking (30 feet) our old plumbing.

My water heater had leaked during the night and the sound had woke me up. I found Crown through another plumbing co. that wasn't able to do the work. Joni was great and found time to replace my water heater the exact day that I called. Zak and Phil came to do the work. Very professional. Zak immediately put down plastic to protect the carpet since the heater was upstairs. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did a fine job. I will hire again if the need arises.

I called Joni to help out a customer of ours whose house we were painting. They came out to install a water supply line to the refrigerator. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Upon further inspection of my clients new home they found several things that needed updates in the basement. My client was very pleased at how thorough and professional they were throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company. I've been in the trades a long time and companies like crown plumbing are rare. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

The owner is really nice but $1000 to swap out a 40 gallon electric water heater? No thanks. They also never got back to me on a quote for installing a tankless water heater outside.

I ended up mostly doing the job myself. I bought a $250 tank from Home Depot and got most of the fittings around $50. After setting it up and having a couple of minor leaks in the new piping, I hired a friend of a friend who is a professional plumber. They fixed the pipes and charged a very reasonable fee for the labor since I had done most of the work already.

We had good contacts with their office folks. Arrived on time (actually a little ahead), worked diligently to find our leak, which took a little doing and repaired for a more than fair cost. We were recommended to them by a neighbor friend and will do the same for anyone that asks.

This company is so incompetent and uncaring about their incompetence I don't even know where to begin. They gave me a bid and then came in 3K over it, then come to find out they plumbed our whole home incorrectly for the type of hot water heater we had and then wouldn't even fix it. We had to spend another $1500 with a different company to have it done correctly. Their incompetence is mind blowing, stay very far away!

These people are on the ball! I called and told them we might have a sewage clog but not sure. The lady I spoke to referred me to Pro Drain who was supposed to come at 2 and I heard the doorbell ring at 11. I answered and it was a plumber. I assumed they were from Pro Drain. The man came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within 15 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable! He explained in detail what the problem was and was so nice. Well, at 2 Pro Drain came and I told them I thought it was them who came earlier. I checked the receipt and it was Crown Plumbing! When I asked him why he came early, he said he was in the neighborhood and thought he'd go ahead and stop by to check the problem. We'll be using them from here on in!

Zak gave me a courtesy call and showed up right on time. He was thorough in his inspection and was quick to diagnose the problem. His recommendations made sense and the price was reasonable. On top of all that he finished the job much faster than I expected. I plan on calling Zak again for my next plumbing project.

Zak arrived (earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise) and within 30 minutes, he had our drain cleared. He patiently explained the situation he found, how he was going to fix it, and what we could do to prevent recurrences. He even offered to clear an outside drain, a problem that we'd lived with for years.

A very nice woman answered my phone call before the office had fully opened, and after I described the problem, she scheduled Zak to come to my home the same day, describing him as the ""drain guru"". I have to agree with her!

I will use Crown Plumbing in the future and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
