I would select less than one star if possible. In January two employees came to my home because of a very minor leak coming from my toilet. The leak was repaired, and the caulk was extremely sloppily applied. The following day, it leaked in a different area. My husband I had to run an errand, and when we returned the helper was sitting in the truck. He told us """"I broke something and Phil is pissed with me"""". How nice to hear! He did in fact break something. Another """"repair"""" was attempted without success. The toilet wobbled now and they had to use shims. Again the caulking was very sloppy. NOW, there was a horrendous sewer odor!!! The repairman returned with his boss Bob. This dishonest man told us the toilet needed to be replaced as it was cracked hence the odor. Bottom line: a very reputable plumber Kenny King came over and advised the toilet was NOT cracked. Crown had broken the flange and attempted to cover it up with a couple of seals. King repaired the jobs correctly AND did a neat caulking job. Crown would have had us purchase a toilet and the install would never have been correct. What a waste of money on the Crown crew! NEVER AGAIN!

Bob is wonderful. Great customer service and always reliable. Crown Plumbing is 24 hours and very prompt. Competitive prices and licensed plumbers. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Support small local businesses. I really can't thank Bob and his team enough.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NEVER hire nor recommend Crown Plumbing. Gave me an estimate of $200-$300 dollars and then submitted a bill for almost $700. They arrived at me home 7 hours late (had a 10:00 am appointment and they arrived after 5:00 pm. Work they did was approximately 2 years ago and everything they did failed. There are many better plumbing services in this area to choose from. Again, I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND CROWN PLUMBING.

Horrible! If I could give them -10 stars I would. Came and just made a mess. Had to get another plumber to fix the original problem on top of the unnecessary problems they created! The owners are rude on the phone and just send out untrained """"plumbers"""". Absolutely do not get this plumbing service!!

Do not use. Service man did not even take five minutes to try to figure out what was wrong. He immediately said """"cannot fix it You need new Fossett can come back Monday. That would mean that I had to pay $100 twice because it was now two visits. I had told the office while making the appointment exactly what was wrong with the sink and no one mentioned to me that they cannot change O-rings in this faucet. I asked the service man to leave and I called another plumber that was recommended by a friend, and they said we can absolutely try to change the O-ring that's not a problem and were very polite and very helpful I would highly recommend that you use any other plumber besides these people.

This company is a joke. They don't tell you at any point what a service call costs. They come out for maybe 5 minutes and make a bogus diagnoses that we had a slab leak... Never entering the house or checking any pipes....the actual problem was a leaky water heater which was found by an electrician who actually did his job and checked for the real problem. They still think they deserve 85 dollars for doing nothing...
