Crown Plumbing came out today to fix a clog that had managed to effect both upstairs bathrooms. They were so friendly and polite, flexible with our appt time (our power went out before our initial appt time and they came later the same day), worked until the problem was fixed, were up front with pricing, and the pricing itself was so reasonable. We'll only call them in the future!

We are over the moon happy with Crown Plumbing. Over the course of the past five years, we have had countless plumbers attempt to address our water pressure problems. None were successful and we heard every excuse in the book as to why it was an unfixable problem. Crown Plumbing assured us they could fix our pressure issues and to my delight they did! They also addressed our water heater recirculation problem as well as an outside faucet with freeze damage issues. We highly recommend them.

I was referred to Crown Plumbing by a home repair company we've been using and they didn't steer us wrong!

I initially spoke with Terri was kind and very honest with me from the beginning. She asked that I send photos of the issue and she'd have an estimate sent right over to me. I was told I needed to agree to the estimate before my scheduled appointment, which I thought was fair and honest.

I called today, Tuesday, to follow up as I hadn't received the estimate yet. Nicole apologized and got right on it. She called me back moments later with another apology and the estimate. The estimate was fair and since they'd seen detailed photos of the issue we felt comfortable moving forward with them to fix the issue. We also liked that the repair guys had looked over the photos we sent so there wouldn't be any surprises when they showed up. A few moments after I hung up Nicole called me back letting me know they had a last minute opening in the schedule for today. I was thrilled and confirmed.

Two gentlemen (I'm so bummed I didn't get their names) arrived and so politely removed their shoes (we have a sign on our door). I immediately let them know that wasn't necessary, but appreciated the fact they were willing. They worked quickly and methodically and had our shower up and working within the time they originally told me. They had me come back a few times to show me various things or make sure I understood why minor changes were made. They were polite when speaking with me and were both very kind to my little one who kept wandering into the bathroom to check out the action.

I am extremely happy with the work the guys have done. They fixed the issue and it was hassle free once they arrived. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured every aspect was working before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend Crown Plumbing for your plumbing, shower, etc needs. Working with them was easy and honest, the work is legitimate, and the craftsmanship wonderful.

Way too expensive. Received a quote before the work was performed and based on lack of plumbing knowledge we accepted the estimate. It took the service man significantly less time but they did not adjust the invoice-- we got invoiced the full amount they quoted despite it taking less time than originally suspected. Horrible business ethics. The rate we got charged ended up being the equivalent of someone earning $480K per year.
